Overview:

ProvideleadershiptotheQualityAssuranceDepartmentofUniversalBeijingResorttopromoteacultureofSafetyandQuality.DirectlymanageateamofQualityControlInspectorsanddeterminethemosteffectivewaystobestutilizepeople,machines,materials,informationtomeetregulatorycomplianceandOriginalEquipmentManufacturers(OEM)qualityrequirements.ProvidesupporttotheentireresortparticularlytotheTechnicalServicesteamincoordinatingandschedulingtherequiredinspections.

任職要求:

Bachelor’sdegreeinBusinessManagement,TechnologyorEngineeringpreferred.

5+yearsworkingexperienceinQualityAssuranceenvironment.FamiliarwithQualityControlandNon-DestructiveTesting(NDT)methodologiesandfamiliarwithinspectionmeasuringtoolsandequipment.3-5yearsthemeparkexperiencepreferred.

ADDITIONALINFORMATION:

?InspectorandTesterCertificateofSpecialEquipmentpreferred.

?BasicknowledgeofQualityAssuranceprocessimprovementmethodologies,includingAuditingandCorrectiveandPreventiveActionsprocesses.

建筑公司機(jī)械設(shè)備主管崗位職責(zé)

1.在總機(jī)械師的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,對(duì)項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)的全部機(jī)械設(shè)備的技術(shù)業(yè)務(wù)管理工作負(fù)責(zé);負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)械使用和維修中的主要環(huán)境因素、主要危險(xiǎn)源的識(shí)別和有針對(duì)性的控制,對(duì)因此而產(chǎn)生的不合格項(xiàng)負(fù)責(zé)制訂措施整改。

2.負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)機(jī)械操作人員和維修人員的崗位培訓(xùn),加強(qiáng)對(duì)運(yùn)行和維修中安全技術(shù)操作規(guī)程和控制主要危險(xiǎn)源及主要環(huán)境因素的監(jiān)督和教育;對(duì)內(nèi)、外審出現(xiàn)的不合格項(xiàng)有制訂防治措施整改落實(shí)的責(zé)任。

3.參與機(jī)械事故和與機(jī)械有關(guān)的人身事故的調(diào)查,參與事故分析會(huì)并提出意見(jiàn)。

4.參與編制和提出機(jī)械臺(tái)班定額、消耗定額、大修中修及保養(yǎng)定額、報(bào)廢鑒定及計(jì)劃草案,待按程序批準(zhǔn)后實(shí)施。

5.負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)務(wù)人員的調(diào)配,及時(shí)根據(jù)需要提出人員增減計(jì)劃。

6.負(fù)責(zé)提出機(jī)務(wù)人員培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃草案,并于批準(zhǔn)后組織實(shí)施。

7.負(fù)責(zé)定期結(jié)算機(jī)械租賃費(fèi)和損壞、丟失機(jī)械及零配件的索賠費(fèi)。

8.負(fù)責(zé)隨時(shí)掌握施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作維修人員的思想、工作狀態(tài)。

9.完成職能上級(jí)交辦的其他工作。
