Education:

篇2:總工程師安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化崗位責(zé)任制

1、認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行黨的安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)和集團(tuán)公司、野川煤業(yè)有關(guān)安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的指示、規(guī)定等,對(duì)全井的安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化負(fù)主要責(zé)任協(xié)助組長(zhǎng)(礦長(zhǎng))抓好全礦井質(zhì)量達(dá)標(biāo)和技術(shù)管理。

2、督促檢查戰(zhàn)線各單位及全井工程技術(shù)人員貫徹執(zhí)行安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化政策、及集團(tuán)公司野川鑫基煤業(yè)安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化規(guī)定的情況,定期召開(kāi)全井技術(shù)人員安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化會(huì)議,研究解決安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)中存在的技術(shù)問(wèn)題,促進(jìn)全井安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作。

3、負(fù)責(zé)安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化新工藝、新技術(shù)、新裝備的推廣應(yīng)用,負(fù)責(zé)安排好安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的工程項(xiàng)目,用好安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化資金,并檢查其效益發(fā)揮。

4、建立保證安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化制度,督促檢查這些制度建立和執(zhí)行情況。

5、深入現(xiàn)場(chǎng),及時(shí)掌握安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作動(dòng)態(tài),對(duì)本專(zhuān)業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)保安工作存在的安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化隱患提出符合實(shí)際的整改措施,指導(dǎo)基層解決安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作中存在的問(wèn)題。

6、制定和完善各項(xiàng)安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化措施計(jì)劃。

7、指導(dǎo)編制干部和工人的安全質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃和培訓(xùn)工作,提高工人技術(shù)質(zhì)量素質(zhì)。

篇3:工程質(zhì)量責(zé)任制:生產(chǎn)副總工程師

第一條:協(xié)助總工程師和分管副礦長(zhǎng)抓好本單位回采、掘進(jìn)和巷修工作、質(zhì)量達(dá)標(biāo)工作。

第二條:組織審批回采、掘進(jìn)和巷修等施工安全技術(shù)措施,以及分管工作內(nèi)的新工藝、新技術(shù)推廣的安全技術(shù)措施,并督促檢查實(shí)施。

第三條:嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行《質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》和技術(shù)政策,參加審查有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),并認(rèn)真審查安全技術(shù)措施。

第四條:經(jīng)常深入現(xiàn)場(chǎng),調(diào)查了解采掘頭面的工程質(zhì)量情況,并召集有關(guān)技術(shù)人員,分析研究工程質(zhì)量管理問(wèn)題,制定相應(yīng)措施,防止質(zhì)量事故發(fā)生。
