職位描述：
工作職責：
1.負責智能終端設備天線的調試與設計工作，確保天線無線性能達標；
2.負責天線開發過程中的交付，量產跟線并解決天線生產相關問題，確保天線工位直通率及產品上市質量；
3.參與天線方案的設計，整機接地設計，天線原理圖設計，天線區域PCBlayout布局等工作。
任職要求：
1.本科三年以上/碩士三年以上天線設計、開發經驗，電子等相關專業畢業；
2.熟練掌握天線微波網絡基礎知識。熟練掌握天線仿真工具，并熟練使用測試儀器；
3.具備天線仿真能力；
4.良好的團隊協作精神；
5.具有智能終端設備天線開發經驗的優先。
篇2:基站天線研發工程師崗位職責
基站天線研發工程師崗位職責:
1、負責基站天線設計開發工作,包括:方案評估、天線研發調試與認證、技術規格書制作和產品技術支持等工作;
2、確保天線設計指標符合設計要求,并不滿足可靠性及一致性要求;
3、外部合作廠家的工作溝通、協調與推動;
4、與其他部門密切協作,保證產品相關目標按期實現。
任職要求:
1、通信、電磁場、微波、射頻、物理學等本科及以上相關專業;
2、具有3年及以上基站天線設計工作經驗(有三大運營商成功招標經驗者優先考慮),(TDD及FDD天線設計經驗者均可);
3、具備電磁場與電磁波理論、微波技術、天線設計原理等理論基礎;
4、精通使用相關的仿真軟件(HFSS/CST/ADS等)了解和熟悉天線的設計、仿真及驗證,能完成一般難度項目的天線設計;
5、熟練使用網絡分析儀等相關RF測試儀器;
6、有5G天線研發經驗優先。崗位職責:
