職責描述:
1、深刻理解運營業務邏輯、系統、流程;分析業務需求和場景,設計領先的運營管理平臺,并負責全流程產品的落地、升級與持續優化;
2、分析并深刻理解業務數據和核心指標,收集分析用戶意見反饋,提出業務優化策略并推動落地;發現業務問題,創造性的找到解決方案,推動各方解決問題;通過系統方式提高運營效率;
3、持續學習并業界優秀運營產品和系統實施經驗,并沉淀固化,影響運營團隊。
任職要求:
1、2年以上產品經驗,完整負責過后臺產品落地流程;有客服系統、內容管理系統等領域業務后臺系統設計實施、產品運營策略經驗者優先;
2、具有極強邏輯思維能力和數據敏感性,獨立思考,并善于創造性解決問題;
3、極強溝通能力,有同理心,并有取舍的判斷力;
4、抗壓能力強;對工作有責任心、積極主動完成工作,接地氣。

1、用戶VOC研究,挖掘和分析用戶的使用習慣、情感和體驗需求,提煉成為產品需求;
