螺紋磨床工安全職責

1工作前應仔細檢查機床各部分運轉是否正常,并開空車試轉2~3分鐘。

2更換砂輪時應仔細檢查砂輪是否有裂紋.裝夾砂輪時應注意保持夾緊力均勻且無松動.裝好后應空車試轉2~3分鐘。

3進刀前必須保證桃形夾頭與是撥盤撥桿靠牢,防止砂輪與螺紋嚙合不好擠碎砂輪。

4開車前應將擋板擋好,并根據工件長短調整行程限位器位置。

5工作時不準站在砂輪旋轉方向的正前方.檢查工件,調整機床、更換齒輪均應停車后進行。

6扳手或手柄使用后必須取下或拉出來,以免隨機床旋轉飛出傷人。
