工作職責:
CustomerInsightsincludingbutnotlimitedtodevelopinganin-depthunderstandingofcustomersandcustomerneeds,synthesizingfindings,andapplyingeffectivelytosupportcustomerneeds,NPS,valuepropositions,newrevenueopportunities,businessstrategiesandinnovation.He/shewillimplementandoptimizeprocessestomaximizeourcustomerinsighteffortsandresults.
Datamanagementincludingbutnotlimitedto,customerdataqualitymanagement,databasesystemfunctionalityandusabilityevaluationandimprovement,safeguardingdatasecurityandprivacycompliance,databasesegmentationandmarketing,dataanalytics,supportingdatabaseintegrationtoothermarketingandbusinessapplicationsandtools.
1.Establishing,updatingandpromotingCustomerInsightandresearchminimumstandards,processandtemplates.
2.Workingwithprojectteamsandfunctionalteamstoreview,designandimplementcustomerinsightsrelatedinitiativesincludingsurveys,interviewsandanalysis,reports.Developand/orguideprojectteamsinkeyfindingsandraisestrategicrecommendationsfromCI.WorkcloselywithprojectteamstoimplementrecommendedactionsandtrackresultstoachievemarketingKPIs(customersatisfaction/NPS,unitcostdown).
3.SupportMarketingDirectoronimplementingandtrackingbusinessmatchmakingacrossalleventsthroughworkingcloselywithprojectteams,globalteamandvendors.
4.Conductcrossshowcomparisonsandanalysiscoveringpostshowsurvey,marketingchannelcosteffectiveness,exhibitorandvisitorsatisfaction,NPSandretention,customerbehavior,matchmaking.
5.Conductindustrystudiesforselectedprojectsthroughworkingwithvendorsandprojectteamsand/orglobalteam.
6.Workwithdatabaseowners,CRMvendorandotherfunctionalteamstoimproveCRMsystemoperationfunctionality,usability,efficiencyandsecurity.
7.Provideconsultationtoprojectteamsondatabasestructure,datasourcing,cleaning,de-duplication,reactivation,directmarketing.
8.Guideprojectteamstodevelopandenhancedatastrategyandsegmentationtoimprovedirectmarketingeffectiveness.
9.Closelymonitorlocaldataprivacyregulationsandmakerecommendationsondataprivacycompliance.Implementthecompany’sdataprivacypolicy.
10.Activelyproposeandfacilitateacross-projectdatasharingwithinthecompanytomaximizedatavalueandpresentregulartrackingreportsondatasharingresults.
11.Conductcustomerinsightanddatamanagementrelatedtrainingandsharingformarketingstaff.
12.SupportMarketingDirectorinimplementingMarketingAuditProgramandgeneratecustomerinsightsfromauditresults;conductcustomerinsightsauditaspartofthecompany’sMarketingAuditProject;
13.Producebi-annualreportsonoverallcustomerinsightsanddatatosupportcompany-levelstrategy.
任職資格:
1.Bachelordegreeinsocial/behavioralscience,MarketingorStatistics,research,datascience,andbusinessrelated.
2.Atleast5yearsworkingexperienceinmultinationalcompany,marketresearchcompanyormarketingagencywithexperienceinmarketresearch,customerinsights,customerintimacy,CRMmarketinganddataanalyticsprojects.
3.Excellentanalyticalskillsandknowledgeinstatistics.
4.Goodcomputerskills,especiallysophisticateduseofExcelandPowerPoint
5.KnowledgeofCRM(i.e.Salesforce)anddataanalyticstool.
6.GoodknowledgeofonlineandofflinemarketingchannelsandmarketingROImeasurement.
7.Goodknowledgeofmarketingandsalescycleandmarketsegmentation.
