AssistingandsupportingPackagingManager(PM)inallactivitiesfromstartofprojecttillprojectimplementationinproductionsites.Focusliesonmeetingcustomerrequirementsanddeliveringprojectsinhighestpossiblestandard.TargetistograduallygrowintotheroleofPackagingManager.

MainTasks/Responsibilities:

?SupportofPMwithcosttracking,invoicingandpayments

?Supportsincreatingsecondarypackagingstandards

?Organizepilotmoldsamplings(e.g.CoordinatestestingwithQATClab,prepareforsamplingpreparationmeetings,sampleshipments,designreviewmeetings)

?Supportstart-upsandarrangequalificationsofnewproductionmoldsinourplantsacrossChina

?AssistinanalyzingQAdatafromsamplingsandqualifications

Education/Experience

?UniversityDegreewithmajorinMechanicalEngineeringorPlasticEngineeringorChemistry,orequivalentexperienceinrelatedfield.

?1to3yearsworkingexperienceinprojectmanagement,preferablywithinplastics/packagingindustry

?Knowledgeofmaterials(HDPE,PP,PET,etc.)andmoldconstructionispreferred

?Basicqualitymanagementknowledge

?GoodKnowledgeinProjectManagementispreferred

?ProficientinMSoffice(Word,Excel,PowerPoint,etc.)

篇2:包裝設計工程師崗位職責范本

1.使用包裝設計軟件從事產品包裝結構設計和標簽設計。

2.負責圖紙以及樣品的檢查和確認。

3.參與包裝、標簽測試,并依據結果對其進行改進。

4.協助項目主管定期保質完成包裝項目的設計和開發。

5.計劃和推動系統項目相關工作的進行。

6.主持完成成品及半成品的包裝結構設計,與供應商協調,對包裝結構進行打樣和完成包裝試驗。

7.制作包裝結構文件(產品包裝方式文件、產品堆放文件、包裝結構文件、材料BOM等相關文件)并及時更新文件及相關數據資料。

8.收集客戶對包裝結構相關的抱怨信息,并進行處理和改進。

9.組織各類包裝改進項目,如對包裝材料、包裝工藝的改進等。

10.參與采購進行的包裝改進和項目(供應商的技術質量認證,提供包裝信息等)。

11.為公司其他部門提供對包裝和設計的支持。

12.收集包裝類的信息,跟蹤競爭者包裝的動態。

篇3:制劑包裝工藝工程師崗位職責內容

1.確保工藝安全,分析評估工藝風險,并提出解決方案。

2.確定工藝流程圖、參數、設備、儀器和控制原理。

3.制定和更新操作程序或工作指導。

4.負責工藝控制統計(SPC)工作,并組織制訂改正計劃。

5.與操作、維修組協調工藝控制系統維護工作,確保設備的高效使用、低能耗、高質量。

6.負責設備運行中的故障排除,組織事故調查并制定改進措施。

7.為操作、維修組提供工藝及操作方面的培訓。

8.管理制劑配方和原料規格。

9.控制包材規格,負責調試機器參數。

10.負責工藝改進申請(PCA),優化工藝,提供工程支持。
