資深產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理(嚴(yán)選客服后臺(tái))工作職責(zé):
1、全面參與網(wǎng)易嚴(yán)選的服務(wù)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)管理工作,驅(qū)動(dòng)網(wǎng)易嚴(yán)選的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新與變革;
2、站在全平臺(tái)視角負(fù)責(zé)網(wǎng)易嚴(yán)選客服服務(wù)平臺(tái)、智能服務(wù)機(jī)器人等產(chǎn)品的建設(shè)。獨(dú)立承擔(dān)服務(wù)類產(chǎn)品的需求分析、功能設(shè)計(jì)、研發(fā)過程管理等工作;
3、深度接觸服務(wù)體系,與業(yè)務(wù)方緊密合作,收集并挖掘有價(jià)值的產(chǎn)品需求,有節(jié)奏的推進(jìn)產(chǎn)品迭代,不斷進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化,提升業(yè)務(wù)效率與平臺(tái)整體運(yùn)營管理能力。
任職要求:
1、大型電商業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營支撐平臺(tái)(客服、CRM等)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)電商系統(tǒng)和服務(wù)體系有熟練的把握;
2、很強(qiáng)的產(chǎn)品owner意識(shí),優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、抗壓能力、業(yè)務(wù)推動(dòng)和自我管理能力;
3、具備較強(qiáng)的平臺(tái)思維,能從業(yè)務(wù)長期規(guī)劃著手,滿足用戶需求的同時(shí)兼顧產(chǎn)品的前瞻性和靈活性;
