數(shù)控工程師崗位職責(zé)

職責(zé)描述:

進(jìn)行數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的選型、數(shù)控機(jī)床電氣系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計、安裝、調(diào)試、維修和保養(yǎng);

根據(jù)產(chǎn)品圖紙進(jìn)行編程;

根據(jù)零件圖所規(guī)定的工件外形和尺寸、材料、技術(shù)要求進(jìn)行工藝程序的設(shè)計與計算(包括加工順序、加工時間、刀具與工件相對運(yùn)動軌跡、距離和進(jìn)給速度等),輸入到數(shù)控車床數(shù)控系統(tǒng);

數(shù)控車床自動生產(chǎn)出產(chǎn)品后,負(fù)責(zé)批試、批量供貨等工作;

使用測量檢測儀器,對有精度誤差的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行誤差補(bǔ)償;

負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品加工過程中技術(shù)問題解決、工藝改進(jìn),提高效率,降低成本

任職要求:

機(jī)電一體化、數(shù)控技術(shù)等專業(yè)大學(xué)專科及以上學(xué)歷。

具備良好的操作技能,員工擁有一定的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)

篇3:資深數(shù)控工程師崗位職責(zé)

1、獨(dú)立負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)械設(shè)計及技術(shù)開發(fā)工作;

2、積極做好產(chǎn)品設(shè)計和技術(shù)規(guī)劃的前期工作;

3、按要求做好新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計,完成物料選型及BOM表制作;

4、對加工及裝配調(diào)試人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn);

5、深入車間,了解和處理設(shè)計上存在的問題并加以改進(jìn);

6、對所設(shè)計產(chǎn)品跟蹤,掌握其使用性能質(zhì)量狀況,并對出現(xiàn)的問題負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn);

任職要求:1、年齡30-45歲,專科以上學(xué)歷;

2、精通SOLIDWORKS;

3、從事非標(biāo)自動化設(shè)備設(shè)計3年以上,能獨(dú)立設(shè)計/調(diào)試非標(biāo)自動化設(shè)備;

4、熟悉絲桿導(dǎo)軌、電機(jī)、氣缸、皮帶的選型,能熟練應(yīng)用各種機(jī)械傳動機(jī)構(gòu),懂得一些基本電氣知識;

5、溝通能力及表達(dá)能力強(qiáng),能統(tǒng)籌安排項目進(jìn)度具有主觀意識。
