實驗室檢測工程師廣東偉仕達電器科技有限公司廣東偉仕達電器科技有限公司,偉仕達職責:

1、根據(jù)部門經(jīng)理安排,安裝任務(wù)委托單,編寫相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品測試計劃、方案;

2、完成新產(chǎn)品項目結(jié)構(gòu)評審,安規(guī)風險評估,根據(jù)相關(guān)標準、編制測試大綱,檢驗內(nèi)容和方法;

3、執(zhí)行測試工作,提交測試報告及原始記錄等相關(guān)的技術(shù)文檔;

4、對測試中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進行分析,與開發(fā)人員討論缺陷解決方案;對不符合檢測工作進行跟蹤,實施糾正和預(yù)防措施驗證;

5、積極參與本專業(yè)的能力驗證、實驗室間比對工作和技術(shù)培訓,努力提高技術(shù)水平;

6、積極參與本專業(yè)的能力驗證、實驗室間對比工作和技術(shù)培訓,努力提高技術(shù)水平;

7、按主管安排的工作及時、高效、高質(zhì)的完成各項工作任務(wù);

8、完成領(lǐng)導交辦的其它事宜。

要求:

1、20--40歲,自動化、電子、機械等相關(guān)專業(yè);

2、英語四級以上;

3、熟悉國際、國際家電標準;熟悉電器檢測基礎(chǔ)理論;熟悉ISO/IEC17025實驗室認可準則等方面知識;

4、有4-5年相同崗位工作經(jīng)驗。

實驗室高級測試工程師;1、必須有帶團隊的經(jīng)驗,英語流利;

2、5-10年的測試驗證,實驗室工作經(jīng)驗;

Responsibilities:

1、Studyandexecuteresearchandvalidationtestsforbatteryshellsandothernewproducts.

2、Supporttechnologycenterestablishing.

3、ExecuteValidationtestsforrefueling,venting,systemintegrationandmechanicalstrengthoffueltanksystemsinthemostprofessionalway,pertestspecificationsorbasedonagreementthewithrequesterCoordinateinternalandexternalfunctionaltestsregardingtiming,statusandcost.

4、Leadreportingandcorrectiveactiondiscussion,internallywiththecustomer.

5、Coordinatenationalandinternationaldevelopmentpartnersintheprojects.

6、Defineandspecifytestprocedures,equipmentandworkinstructionsfortestsinthefieldofprofessionincludingmechatronicstests.

7、CheckandevaluateproductandtestspecificationsinthequotationphaseSupportthesupervisorincalculatingtestandvalidationcostsforinternalandexternalquotation.

8、SupporttheTechnicalprojectleaderindesigningthesystemarchitecture.Providefunctionalexpertise.

9、SupportZero-Failure-StrategyreliablyandsubstantiallyEnsuresafetyandenvironmentprotectionatassignedfieldofactivity.Hostlab6Sifthesupervisorabsent.

10、EnsureknowledgeaboutandcompliancewithCustomerSpecific.Requirementsthroughoutyourteamandifnecessarydefinetrainingmeasures.

11、Extrarequirements:Electronicmodernlaboratoryexperienceispreferred.

Experience:

1、Bachelor,universitydegreeinEngineeringorTechnicalapprenticeship(e.g.Electronics,Mechatronics,NewEnergyEngineering,Physics)isrequired.

2、Jobexperienceinautomotiveindustryandelectronicsormechatronicsindustryisrequired.

3、GoodEnglishlanguageskills.

4、TestingandValidationexperienceiswelcome.

5、Computer-basedapplications(e.g.MSOffice).
