負責解決CDN產品現網疑難問題,深入分析,從根本上解決問題。

負責梳理提煉客戶使用騰訊云CDN產品的建議和需求,推動客戶訴求的落地。

參與技術方案和系統設計評審,掌握相關的技術架構和原理,能夠根據客戶需求提供專業的解決方案。

通過培訓,知識庫建設,工具平臺建設,流程優化等手段,提升一線服務團隊專業度。

任職要求:

本科及以上學歷,計算機及相關專業,3年以上工作經驗;

有CDN平臺架構設計、運維經驗或大規模基礎服務平臺架構設計、運維經驗,深入理解CDN原理;

熟悉TCP/IP協議,HTTP協議,具備包括集群,操作系統相關領域的知識,了解流媒體CDN分發原理,flv/hls/RTMP等應用技術;

熟悉Linux操作系統及基于Linux的常見應用,能夠快速部署,配置及排錯;

1.負責基于Linux平臺的Openstack系統實施運維,監控,調優等工作

2.負責突發事件管理,問題跟蹤與管理

工作技能:

1.熟悉Linux系統的安裝,管理以及優化

2.熟悉shell/perl/python一種以上的腳本語言

3.熟悉RabbitMQ,Nagios,MySQL,KVM等常見服務的配置和維護
