篇2:電力企業(yè)檢修現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程師安全職責(zé)
1、檢修部是公司主要生產(chǎn)部門,在生產(chǎn)副總經(jīng)理的直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,負(fù)責(zé)做好本部門分管設(shè)備的維護(hù)、檢修工作。
2、負(fù)責(zé)按照公司年度安全生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)和安全工作計(jì)劃,制訂本部門實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)和計(jì)劃的具體措施,按照部門控制輕傷和障礙、班組控制異常和未遂的三級(jí)控制目標(biāo),層層落實(shí)安全責(zé)任,確保本部門安全目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
3、按照公司制定的安全技術(shù)勞動(dòng)保護(hù)措施計(jì)劃和反事故措施計(jì)劃,結(jié)合本部門實(shí)際,認(rèn)真貫徹實(shí)施。
4、積極參加公司組織的各項(xiàng)安全活動(dòng)和安全會(huì)議,組織開展本部門的各項(xiàng)安全活動(dòng)。
5、根據(jù)新的安全技術(shù)要求及設(shè)備工況的變化,及時(shí)修訂本部門工作范圍內(nèi)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)規(guī)程、圖紙資料,每年提出有效的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)規(guī)程制度清單。
6、負(fù)責(zé)做好安排到本部門從事生產(chǎn)工作的外來(lái)勞務(wù)人員、臨時(shí)上的治理工作。
篇3:電力企業(yè)檢修部專責(zé)工程師安全職責(zé)
1、是本專業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)第一責(zé)任人,負(fù)責(zé)本專業(yè)的日常安全治理和技術(shù)監(jiān)督、文明生產(chǎn)、勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律、業(yè)績(jī)考評(píng)等工作,對(duì)本專業(yè)安全技術(shù)工作負(fù)有全面治理責(zé)任。
2、經(jīng)常深入生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),把握安全生產(chǎn)情況,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)重大操作上崗到位,發(fā)現(xiàn)違章操作及時(shí)制止,監(jiān)督檢查“兩票三制”執(zhí)行和安全技術(shù)措施及規(guī)章制度的貫徹情況,指導(dǎo)各班組做好各項(xiàng)安全技術(shù)治理工作。
3、根據(jù)新出現(xiàn)的安全技術(shù)問(wèn)題,及時(shí)提出現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢修規(guī)程、圖紙資料的補(bǔ)充或修改意見(jiàn),經(jīng)審批后監(jiān)督實(shí)施。
4、做好本專業(yè)的安全技術(shù)資料、臺(tái)帳、圖紙的治理工作。
5、參加安全大檢查、安全性評(píng)價(jià)、危害辨識(shí)與危險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)和專業(yè)性大檢查,審閱各班組的安全技術(shù)臺(tái)帳并提出意見(jiàn),參加班組的安全活動(dòng),聽取員工在安全方面的意見(jiàn)并及時(shí)向部門負(fù)責(zé)人匯報(bào)。
6、參加本專業(yè)范圍內(nèi)的不安全情況的調(diào)查分析研究,對(duì)所發(fā)生的不安全情況提出技術(shù)原因分析和改進(jìn)措施。
7、組織編寫本專業(yè)反事故措施計(jì)劃和安全技術(shù)勞動(dòng)保護(hù)措施計(jì)劃。
8、按時(shí)完成各種報(bào)表(如班組考核表,年度、月度計(jì)劃及完成情況表,技術(shù)監(jiān)督報(bào)表,本專業(yè)范圍的障礙及異常報(bào)告等)。
9、負(fù)責(zé)本專業(yè)外包工程項(xiàng)目的安全生產(chǎn)治理工作。
