Responsibilities:

Overall

-ResponsiblefortheoverallmanagementofallstrategicandoperationalworkandCustomerRelationshipactivities.

-Takeownershipofthemanagementofthesalesandproductsdevelopmentofthebusiness

-Accordingtothecompany’sdevelopingstrategiesandsalestargets,seekingnewclientresourcesandbuildingcorporaterelationships.

-DriveincreasedCMandNPtoachievetheCompany`sambitiousgrowth.

-Planningandcoordinatingtheimplementationofbusinessplansandthepenetrationofnewcustomers.

-Toworkcloselywiththestore/branchnetwork,buildingstronginternalrelationships.

-Sharetheinformationbyanalysisandcollectionoftheindustrysuccessfulexperience.

CustomerDevelopment(owner)

-Developthepotentialcustomersbasedoncompany’sstrategy.

-Keepthebetterrelationshipwithcustomertogetthemoresalesvolume

-Strengthentherelationshipswithpresentclientsandpreparetorenewcontractsinadvance.

ProductsDevelopment(owner)

-DeveloptherightproductsinChinaContractmarkets.

-Productspricing,costcontrolandmarginmanage.

-Productspipelinemanagement,makethemanagementsystemtodeveloptherightproducts.

SalesandMarginDriver(owner)

-Achieveshortenandlongtermsalesbudgetaccordingtocompany’stargets.

-Getthebestmarginineachcustomersandproducts.

-Salesandproductsanalysistomaketherightplaninproductsdevelopment.

OrdersandDelivery(owner)

-Ordersmanagementtoensuretheon-timedelivery.

-Internalcommunicationtosolveanyissue.

PartoftheAllChinaTeam(co-owner)

-TheChinaContractsalesisanimportantpartoftheAllChinaTeamwhomworkcloselytogethertodevelopanddiscussandcontinuouslyimprovetheentireChinamarketonallcounts,notjusteachoftheirown.

任職要求:

1)MusthaveaburningambitiontoworkforTraytonandSimonLiandmaketheMissionintoreality.

2)Haveawiderangeofsocialrelationshipandclientresourcesinfurnitureindustry.

3)Minimum5yearsworkingexperienceinbusinessdevelopmentandprojectmanagement.

4)Strongbusinessacumenandskill-setwhichenablesthemanagementandstafftodrivebusinessgoals.

5)Outstandingverbalandwrittencommunicationskills,includingabilityto

Cooperatewithcustomerinanyarea.

6)Mustpossessexcellentleadershipskillswiththeabilitytotrainandleadothersandholdthemaccountableforresults.

7)Goodorganizationandcoordinationskillindifferentdepartment.
