?Deliversyear-on-yeardoubledigitrevenuegrowthinChina,throughdevelopingandcoordinatingtheimplementationofcompany’sbusinessplantoensurethatmarketshareandprofitgrowthobjectivesareachieved.

?Implementsimmediateandlong-termactionplansforthebusinessthatwillresultinbusinessperformanceimprovements.

?DrivesacustomerfocusedethoswithintheChinaoperations.

?Identifiesanyproblemareasanddevelopsactionplanstoremedy.

Finance&OperationManagement

?Understandandanalyzefinancialdata(e.g.,balancesheet,P&L,volumetrends,returnoninvestment,planvs.actuals,volumeandratevariance)andtherelationshipsbetweenthevariousdatapoints.

?Ensuresallmonthly,quarterlyandannualmanagementreportsaredeliveredinatimelymanner.Ensuresregularfeedbackisobtainedrelatingtoallaspectsofsalesandmarketingactivity.Reviewscompany’ssalesforecastonamonthlybasisreportingonanymaterialchangestopreviousforecast.

?EnsuresDistributorsalestargetsareachievedorexceeded.Ensuresallmarketingactivitiesareconductedincompliancewithlegal,corporateandmarketstandards.

?Assumesfullresponsibilityforthecompany’smarketingandsalesactivitiesintheChinamarket.Developsandagreesappropriatetargetsandobjectivesandensurestheyarecarriedoutinanefficientandcosteffectivemannerandwithinbudgetaryconstraints.Ensurestheeffectiveandtimelymodificationofsalesandmarketingstrategiesandplanstomeetchangingmarketandcompetitiveconditions.

?DevelopsandmaintainseffectiveworkingrelationswithcorporateinparticularwithProductMarketing&Operationsdepartments.

?EstablishesandmaintaincloserelationshipwithKeyOpinionLeaders,VIPsurgeons,Hospitalsthroughregularvisits.

高分子醫療耗材工藝技術部經理崗位職責

崗位職責:

1.根據產品要求,負責新產品工藝方案和工藝流程的設計工作,包括工序安排、工藝裝配、工藝標準等。

2.負責已投產品的二次開發和工藝準備工作,使工廠生產產出處于最佳狀態。

3.編制工藝手冊、質量控制點指導書、關鍵工序作業指導書等工藝文件。

4.編制工位表、檢查計劃、生產概況等有關生產文件。

5.制定生產和裝配工藝卡,確定裝配線和裝配工位,分析解決現場工藝問題。

6.培訓、指導車間員工熟練掌握生產工序和工藝要求。

7.監督各車間的生產工藝流程、方法,執行工藝紀律。

8.負責對企業產品進行新材料、新工藝、新技術的研究和應用工作。

9.參與客戶對產品的認可工作,應客戶要求進行工裝模具修改工作。

10.與技術部門協作,參與新產品的設計開發,對準備工作和修改工作實行管理。

11.與品保部門密切合作,分析解決生產加工中的工藝問題。

12.部門團隊建設,做好下屬管理、培訓。

任職要求:

1.45周歲以下,本科及以上學歷,機械、自動化相關專業。

2.工程部管理經驗3年以上,醫療器械行業管理經驗5年以上。

3.熟悉醫療器械中試流程,能夠負責新產品量產工作。

4.有一定的專業技能,能夠對產品中試及二次開發提供技術指導。

5.熟悉GMP法規要求。

6.熟悉工程部產品中試量及二次開發改進的工作流程,能夠獨立承擔相關部門工作。

7.有成功通過CFDA/FDA/CE等組織檢查的經驗。

8.經過內審員培訓并取得證書。
