1.Responsiblereportingtodepartmentleaderonprocessdesignandqualityimprovementetc.

負責向部門領導匯報工藝方案、質量改進方案等

2.ResponsiblefortheprocessplanningandprocessdevelopmentonVacuumLowpressurecarburizing(LPC),Straighteningandshotpeeningprocess.

負責真空低壓滲碳工藝策劃和工藝開發,校直和強噴工藝

3.Responsibleforprocesstechnologyandqualityissuehandlingondailybasisbyusingstandardqualitytools.

通過使用標準質量工具,負責處置日常工藝技術和質量問題

4.Responsibletomakepresentationsofrootcauseanalysisforchronictechnicalissues.

負責制作長期問題根因分析的材料

5.Responsibletoconfirmprocessdisciplineandproblemsmodificationstatustowarrantytheefficientrunninginproduction.Activelysolvingtechnicalproblemstoincreaseprocesslevel,productqualityandeffectivelyreduceprocesscost.

負責確認工藝紀律和問題改善進展,保證生產效率。積極開展技術攻關,提高工藝水平,提高產品質量,有效地降低工藝成本

審核量產工藝文件并確認生產文件的準確性和有效性

7.ConductperiodicalCapabilitystudyfordifferentprocessesinHTandActionplanningforincapableprocesses.

開展熱處理不同工藝的定期能力研究和對能力不夠的工藝進行行動策劃

8.ResponsibleforbuildupandimplementationofQualitymanagementsystemasperCQI-9andconductperiodicalauditasperguideline

根據CQI-9,負責建立和執行質量管理系統。按照指南,進行定期審計。

9.ResponsibleforimplementationofQualitymanagementsystemasperIATF19649guideline

按照IATF19649指南,負責執行質量管理系統

10.InvolvedwiththeevaluationofHTqualitysystem,andresponsibleforthecorrectionandclosureofNOKitem.

參與熱處理質量系統評估并負責改正并解決不合格問題

11.Involvedwiththesupplierevaluationandprovidetechnicalsupport

參與廠家評估并提供技術支持

12.InvolvedwithHTcostanalysisandtheimplementationofimprovementitems

參與熱處理成本分析并執行改善項目

13.ResponsibleforProcessplanning,executionandqualificationfornewproductdevelopmentcomponents.

負責對新零件開發進行工藝設計,執行和證明

14.PreparationofTrainingModulesandconducttrainingtodevelopskillsofnewtechniciansandoperators.

準備培訓模塊并開展培訓并發展新技術員和操作員的技能

15.Beresponsibleforprovidingroughpartagreementofproductionandsigningagreementwithsupplier.

負責提供產品毛坯協議要求,并同供應商簽訂

16.Beresponsibleforcapacityandmachineplanning,machinetypeselectionandacceptance.

負責新項目的熱處理車間產能及設備規劃、熱處理設備選型及驗收

負責熱處理失效分析,具備一定的金相分析能力,能夠對裂紋、剝落、斷口等失效方式進行真因分析,并提供解決方案。

篇2:安全主管領導副經理工程師安全生產職責

(1)在經理的領導下,主管安全工作的安全執行人(安全主管領導、副總經理、總工程師)負責本公司的全面安全管理工作及安全技術規程和編制安全技術措施計劃,并組織落實;

(2)組織制訂本公司安全大檢查,落實重大理故隱患的整改;

(3)組織安全大檢查,落實重大事故隱患的整改;

(4)組織開展各類安全活動,推廣總結安全運營先進經驗,獎勵先進部門和個人;

(5)審核安全技術措施費用;

(6)定期組織召開安全會議,分析公司安全生產動態,及時解決安全運營中存在的問題。

篇3:施工項目主管工程師安全職責范本

(1)貫徹執行上級有關環境保護和安全文明施工的措施和規定,組織編制本項目環境保護和安全文明施工措施,經批準后組織實施。

(2)在計劃、布置、檢查施工時,把安全文明施工工作貫穿到每個施工環節,在確保安全的前提下組織施工。

(3)提出本項目安全技術措施計劃項目,經批準后負責組織實施。

(4)負責組織對跨班組施工項目開工前的安全文明施工條件進行檢查、落實并簽證確認。對重要的施工項目,應親臨現場監督施工。

(5)負責本項目職工的環境保護和安全文明施工教育,認真組織與檢查每周一次的安全日活動。

(6)主持本項目每月一次的安全情況分析會。組織每月一次的安全大檢查,負責安排解決存在的問題。

(7)貫穿執行安全工作與經濟掛鉤的管理辦法,嚴肅查處違章違紀行為。

(8)組織并主持輕傷事故和記錄事故中嚴重未遂事故的調查分析,提出對事故責任者的處理意見。
