崗位職責：

1、客戶需求分析、項目資料搜集和相關專題研究

2、客戶現場調研訪談，外部行業標桿實證研究

3、組織或參與客戶專題研討會（焦點小組討論等）

4、方案設計、報告撰寫，以及與客戶的溝通、講解和修訂

5、根據工作需要在國內及海外出差

崗位要求：

1、面向2019屆畢業生，或畢業2年以內有志于從事管理咨詢的人員

2、敏思好學，對管理咨詢充滿熱情；友善開朗，樂于與人溝通交流

3、熟練掌握Office軟件，聽說讀寫技能優秀

4、大學本科及以上學歷，具備商業和管理咨詢常識、有咨詢行業實習經驗或科研經歷者優先
