工作內容：

【各應用系統二次開發、編碼、維護、實施】

1、熟練應用ABAP、.NET、JAVA、SQL開發業務應用需求；

2、能夠針對用戶的問題或需求，開發相應的報表或工具；

3、能夠解決用戶在使用過程中出現的異常或問題，修正數據錯誤或提供相應的補丁程序；

4、定期審計程序編碼工作。

【實施和優化服務流程】

1、在計劃的時間內完成程序編碼工作；

2、程序編碼符合內部編碼規范；

3、根據IT內部的標準和政策，向用戶提供及時、有效、合規的服務支持；

4、在USD系統中及時處理用戶請求的更新狀態，并及時與用戶保持溝通和聯系；

5、配合應用分析員完成需求變更測試，交付合格產品；

6、及時更新各類技術支持文檔，完善知識管理工作；

7、建立并維護內部程序編碼規范。

【客戶服務、關系維護】

1、用戶提供各種應用支持服務，對用戶的各類請求變更進行優先級評估，并制定開發計劃；

2、主動與客戶溝通和聯系，維護好內部客戶關系，提高服務滿意度。

【積極溝通，主動協作】

1、配合企業應用經理交付應用支持服務；

2、配合企業應用經理制定服務流程標準；

3、主動配合、幫助團隊成員完成各項工作；

4、積極參與團隊建設工作。

【崗位要求】

1、全日制本科學歷，4年以上軟件開發經驗，最少2年的軟件開發管理者經驗；

2、2年以上的SAPABAP開發經驗，至少具有過一個完全周期的SAP項目實施經歷；

3、能夠協助用戶進行需求分析，方案討論與設計，系統實現等工作；

4、具有開放的精神指導其它同事完成應用程序變更的編碼工作；

5、負責SAP的Report、RFC、Dialog、Form、Interface、Enhancement等內容的ABAP開發；

6、能夠應用Java、Net等主流開發語言中的某些語言，了解Oracle或SQLServer數據庫編程；

7、能夠參與項目，完成需求分析、文檔編寫、實施開發、測試等工作；

8、具有較強的客戶服務意識和熱情；具有強烈的團隊合作意識和進取心；

9、具有較強的工作主動性和責任心；

10、能夠熟練閱讀相關英文技術資料，并具有一定的英文口語對話能力。
