1.根據企業內外部環境和資源狀況,分析企業建立ERP系統的可行性,科學制定ERP項目的戰略目標

2.確定企業對ERP的需求,包括功能、時間、效率等方面的要求

3.分析企業管理現狀與所實施的ERP系統的差距,擬定企業流程重組和管理改進方案。在ERP實施過程中,咨詢人員要對企業管理工作進行診斷,找出差距,提出業務流程重組方案、管理業務標準和數據準備方案;具體由企業來執行

4.咨詢培訓。ERP項目實施不但需要管理人員知識和能力得到提高,而且需要他們的態度和行為發生轉變。而“態度”、“知識”、“能力”、“行動”都要由ERP實施顧問的培訓來推動
