篇3:留學咨詢主管崗位職責要求

職位描述：

崗位職責：

1、負責北美、英國、香港、加拿大、新加坡等英語類國家留學咨詢（銷售）部門的日常管理、團隊建設與業務指導/培訓工作，確保月度、季度、年度銷售業績目標的達成；

2、負責邀約、跟蹤有留學意向的客戶，并提供個性化的留學規劃方案，并促成最終的簽約；

3、跟蹤、分析各類銷售數據，及時提出改進銷售績效的意見與建議。

4、參與制定公司主要產品的市場定位、價格策略、品牌戰略規劃、新產品設計和市場推廣策略等，以及參與制定并下發各業務組的業績目標。

職位要求：

1、國內外一流名校本科以上教育背景，英語聽說流利，有海外教育或工作背景者優先考慮；

2、熟悉市場與銷售業務并具備2年以上相關工作經驗，有留學或教育培訓行業工作經驗者優先考慮；

3、具有出色的團隊領導與管理能力，善于組織協調，有激情，熱愛教育行業，喜歡接受挑戰，有開拓能力并能不斷創新；

4、具備一定的外部協調，談判溝通能力，能夠獨立解決公司內外部的沖突；

5、誠信正直、成熟穩重，職業性和責任心強，有良好的職業道德，能夠承擔較大的工作壓力，抗壓能力強；

6、溝通表達能力強，邏輯思維敏捷，有良好的客戶服務意識，思維敏捷，做事謹慎周密。
