職位描述：

崗位職責(zé)：

1、負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)施軌道交通安全相關(guān)產(chǎn)品或子系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)的評(píng)估；

2、制定硬件評(píng)估計(jì)劃和評(píng)估方案；

3、通過檢查硬件設(shè)計(jì)過程和工藝文件分析產(chǎn)品或子系統(tǒng)的安全性；

4、審查硬件的FMEA和FTA等文件，分析硬件的測試計(jì)劃和測試報(bào)告，確保風(fēng)險(xiǎn)得到有效控制；

5、負(fù)責(zé)硬件安全設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的咨詢和培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)。

職位要求：

1、電子、計(jì)算機(jī)工程、電氣工程或鐵路等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；

2、具有至少8年及以上的軌道交通工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

3、具有至少5年及以上的硬件開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，且至少3年的鐵路安全相關(guān)產(chǎn)品硬件開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

4、熟悉FPGA、RTOS、微處理器技術(shù)及編譯器的原理及應(yīng)用；

5、熟悉硬件仿真工具和測試工具，如Questasim、Modelsim，了解VMM/OVM/UVM等驗(yàn)證方法；

6、熟悉安全分析、FMEA和FTA等分析方法；

7、熟悉軌道交通產(chǎn)品及系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，例如EN50126/8/9，EN50159，IEC61508或同等GB/T標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等；

8、具有良好的溝通能力；具備良好的英語聽說讀寫能力；

9、有評(píng)估機(jī)構(gòu)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

10、有鐵路控制系統(tǒng)硬件安全平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
