篇2:項目部礦總工程師一通三防責任制

(一)負責本單位“一通三防”技術管理工作,貫徹落實“一通三防”各項管理規定。

(二)組織編制“一通三防”工程設計和安全技術措施。

(三)在安排部署生產銜接計劃時,必須符合“一通三防”的相關規定。

(四)組織編制年度“一通三防”專項資金計劃,并貫徹落實。

(五)組織編制年度“一通三防”災害應急預案,并于每季度末根據具體情況進行修訂。

(六)對局部通風機停風停電、瓦斯排放、巷道貫通、盲巷封閉管理、防止煤層自燃及杜絕引爆火源等重要環節,重點把關,嚴防瓦斯、煤塵、火災等事故發生。

(七)每天審閱通風瓦斯、監控日報表,并簽署意見。

(八)負責“一通三防”新技術、新設備、新材料、新工藝科技攻關和推廣應用工作,不斷提高“一通三防”科技管理水平。

篇3:項目工程師安全生產職責

(1)認真執行國家政府部門及上級、公司制定的勞動保護和安全生產政策法令和規章制度。

(2)組織編制施工組織設計,采用新技術、新工藝、新設備時,負責制定相應的安全技術措施和操作規程。針對工程特點的關鍵部位,組織安全技術措施的交底工作,并在實施中進行嚴格控制、監督和考核。

(3)負責提出改善施工現場勞動條件和勞動環境。

(4)參加重大傷亡事故的調查分析,并提出技術鑒定意見和安全技術改進措施。
