職位描述

1.完成公司下達(dá)的月度、季度及年銷售目標(biāo),并配合代理商跟蹤客戶;

2.維護(hù)和開發(fā)銷售渠道,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行公司各項(xiàng)銷售政策;

3.有效管理區(qū)域內(nèi)經(jīng)銷商,協(xié)助其進(jìn)行終端銷售促進(jìn)活動(dòng);

4.按公司和部門要求,完成相關(guān)工作報(bào)告,及時(shí)反饋市場(chǎng)信息。

【崗位要求】

1.學(xué)歷與專業(yè):大專及以上學(xué)歷,專業(yè)不限;

2.工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):5年以上銷售相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

3.外語水平:英語,基本會(huì)話水平;

4.計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用水平:熟練使用OFFICE辦公軟件;

5.能力要求:較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任感,有開拓精神,敏銳的市場(chǎng)嗅覺,開朗豁達(dá),勇于迎接挑戰(zhàn),具有一定的親和力;

6.能力要求:需具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、市場(chǎng)開拓能力、分析判斷能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力。

1、負(fù)責(zé)開發(fā)和維護(hù)業(yè)務(wù)區(qū)域內(nèi)代理商,促進(jìn)代理商達(dá)成銷售業(yè)績(jī);

2、負(fù)責(zé)與業(yè)務(wù)區(qū)域內(nèi)的動(dòng)物診療機(jī)構(gòu)、農(nóng)業(yè)院校等產(chǎn)品對(duì)口部門進(jìn)行溝通和交流,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品銷售;
