篇2:設備副總經理安全生產職責

1按照“業務誰主管、安全誰負責”的原則,監督業務范圍內的安全工作,對所分管業務的安全生產負直接領導責任;

2組織制定、修訂和審批設備安全管理規章制度、設備安全檢修規程,并組織實施;

3堅持貫徹“五同時”的原則,監督檢查設備主管部門安全職責履行和各項設備安全管理規章制度執行情況,及時糾正失職和違章行為;

4負責組織對設備事故進行調查處理,及時向上級有關部門報告調查處理結果;

5負責組織設備安全大檢查,分析設備管理中存在的安全問題,制定并落實整改措施,防范生產安全事故的發生;

6定期召開設備系統的安全生產工作會議,分析設備安全生產動態,及時解決問題;

7認真履行關鍵裝置、重點部位安全聯系(承包)職責,定期參加基層安全活動;

8組織本單位設備事故的調查、分析和處理;

9組織制定分管業務范圍內的年度安全生產工作計劃,并在具體工作中落實;

篇3:安全副總經理安全生產職責

1協助主要負責人落實各項安全生產法律法規、標準、規范及上級主管部門的要求,統籌協調和綜合管理安全工作,對安全生產負綜合管理領導責任;

2組織制定本單位安全生產規劃、計劃、規章制度,研究、協調、指導和解決安全生產問題;

3組織、領導本單位安全檢查,制定事故隱患整改措施;并督促實施整改;

4認真履行關鍵裝置、重點部位安全聯系(承包)職責,定期參加基層安全活動;

5組織、協調、指導新建、改建、擴建等項目安全、消防、職業衛生“三同時”工作;

6負責組織安排安全技術措施項目的實施;組織對重大事故隱患和重大危險源的安全技術改造,消除重大事故隱患,確保重大危險源處于可控狀態;

7按照事故“四不放過”的原則,組織人身傷害、火災爆炸等事故的調查處理;

8協助行政主要負責人組織制定并實施本單位的生產安全事故應急預案,并定期進行演練;

9組織制定安全生產獎懲方案;

10審批特級動火作業證;負責公司安全生產標準化實施及運行工作;
