職責描述

崗位職責

1、負責公司整體運營管理工作,包括市場開發(fā)與品牌建設(shè)、運營體系建設(shè)、隊伍建設(shè)等;

2、研究并掌握市場的變化及發(fā)展,建立整體價格體系;設(shè)計相應(yīng)的服務(wù)模式;與民政局、老齡委、健康管理等外部機構(gòu)有良好的關(guān)系渠道及維護;

3、負責制定并實施養(yǎng)老項目計劃、實施養(yǎng)老項目健全質(zhì)量管理流程。

崗位要求

1、有養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)專業(yè)運營管理經(jīng)驗,熱愛并愿意從事養(yǎng)老行業(yè),具體良好的事業(yè)和創(chuàng)新意識,能承受較大的工作;

2、具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、綜合管理能力、應(yīng)變能力強;

3、有連鎖服務(wù)行業(yè)運營相關(guān)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮;

4、演講能力強,有較高情商,形象親民。

房地產(chǎn)運營總監(jiān)崗位職責

職責描述:

1.全面負責商場的整體運營管理工作;

2.根據(jù)商場年度運營目標,組織商場各部門完成公司下達的各項經(jīng)營指標;

3.制定商場的年度財務(wù)計劃和預(yù)算,并有效的對相關(guān)計劃及預(yù)算進行管理與控制;

4.負責商場的市場推廣與策劃,組織對競爭對手的調(diào)查和顧客消費行為的調(diào)查,制訂商場應(yīng)對措施和調(diào)整方案;

5.熟悉商鋪品牌及租賃管理,建立并維護良好的供應(yīng)商及租戶關(guān)系,進行商場的市場定位及品牌組合方案的決策,合理規(guī)劃商場整體布局;
