市人民醫院麻醉科醫師職責

一、在科主任領導下和主任醫師指導下,負責本科日常麻醉教學科研的具體工作。

二、麻醉前檢查手術病員,必要時參加術前討論與醫師共同研究確定麻醉方法和麻醉前用藥,做好麻醉前的藥品器械準備。

三、麻醉中,經常檢查輸血、輸液及用藥情況,密切觀察病情,認真填寫麻醉記錄單。如出現異常變化及時與術者聯系,共同研究,妥善處理,并報告上級醫師。

四、手術后對危重和全麻病員親自護送(包括術者),并向病房護士交待病情及術后注意事項。

五、手術后進行隨訪,將有關情況記入麻醉記錄單并做出麻醉小結。

六、遇疑難病例不能單獨處理時,應及時報告上級醫師。

七、嚴格執行各項規章制度和技術操作規程,嚴防差錯事故。

八、積極開展麻醉的研究,參加科研及教學,做好進修、實習人員的培訓。

九、協助各科搶救危重病員。

一、在院長及分管副院長領導下,負責全科的醫療、教學、科研、行政管理等工作。

二、制定本科工作計劃,組織實施,經常督促檢查,按期總結匯報。

三、根據本科任務和人員情況進行科學分工,密切配合手術和對危重病人進行搶救工作。

四、領導麻醉師做好麻醉工作,參加疑難病例術前討論,對手術準備和麻醉選擇提出意見,必要時親自參加操作。

五、組織本科人員的業務訓練和技術考核,對本科人員晉升、獎懲提出具體意見。

六、領導本科人員認真執行各項規章制度和技術操作規程,嚴防差錯事故。

七、組織并擔任教學,安排進修、實習人員的培訓,開展麻醉的研究工作。搞好資料積累完成科研任務。

八、確定本科人員輪換、值班會診、出診等事宜與手術室密切配合共同做好科室工作。

九、審簽本科藥材的請領和報銷,檢查使用與保管情況。

副主任協助主任負責相應的工作,主任不在時履行主任職責。
