職位描述：

職位要求：

1、年齡40歲以內，統招本科或以上學歷，取得醫師職稱；

2、具有三年以上三級以上級別醫院兒科工作經驗，可變更醫師執業地點。

工作職責：

1、在科主任領導和主任、副主任醫師指導下，負責本科一定范圍的醫療、教學、科研、預防工作。

2、按時查房，具體參加和指導住院醫師進行診斷、治療及特殊診療操作。

3、掌握病員的病情變化，病員發生病危、死亡、醫療事故或其他重要問題時，應及時處理，并向科主任匯報。

4、參加門診、會診、出診及值班工作。

5、主持病房的臨床病例討論及會診；檢查、修改下級醫師書寫的醫療文書；決定病員出院，審簽出（轉）院病歷。

6、認真執行各項規章制度和技術操作常規；經常檢查本病房的醫療護理質量，嚴防差錯事故；協助護士長搞好病房管理。

7、組織本組醫師學習和運用國內外先進醫學科學技術，開展新技術、新療法，進行科研工作，做好資料積累，及時總結經驗。

8、擔任臨床教學，指導進修、實習醫師工作。
