工作職責:
?SubmitwrittenreportstotheMAB(MedicalAdvisoryBoard)concerningthefindingsofthedepartment'spatientcareevaluationandmonitoringactivities(e.g.,PeerReviewcases)andanyresultingactions;
?Makerecommendationsformaintainingandimprovingthequalityofcareprovidedinthedepartmentandthehospital,andanyothermatterstheMABconsidersappropriateforreports;
?Developandimplementdepartmentalprograms,incooperationwiththeCMOandothercommitteesasassignedbytheCMOfor:
oEvaluationofpatientcare,
oGrowthofthedepartment,
oIncreasingcomplexityandadvancingthelevelofmedicalcareprovidedbythedepartment,
oOngoingmonitoringofclinicalpractice,
oCredentialsandprivilegesreview,
oMedicaleducation,and
oUtilizationreview;
?AsamemberoftheMAB,provideinputonmedicalpoliciesofthehospital,andmakespecificrecommendationsregardingherorhisowndepartment;
?Continuouslyreviewtheperformanceofallphysicianswithclinicalprivilegesandspecifiedservicesinthedepartment,andregularlyreportthefindingsofsuchreviewstoCMO,theMAB,andthequalityimprovementcommittee;
?Transmitrecommendationsconcerningclinicalprivileges,specifiedservices,orcorrectiveactionwithrespecttophysiciansinthedepartmenttotheMABandtheCMO;
?Appointanddesignatechairsforanyintradepartmentalcommitteesthatarenecessaryforconductingdepartmentfunctions;
?Enforcemedicalstaffbylaws,rules,regulations,andpolicieswithinthedepartment,andinitiateinvestigationsofclinicalperformanceororderconsultations,whennecessary;
?ImplementanyactionstakenbytheMABand/ortheboardwithinthedepartment;
?Participateineveryphaseofadministrationinthedepartment,suchascooperatingwithnursingservicesandadministrationinmattersaffectingpatientcare,includingpersonnel,supplies,specialregulations,standingorders,andtechniques;
?Assistinthepreparationofquarterlyreportspertainingtothedepartment,includingbudgetaryplanningreports,asrequiredbytheMAB,theGeneralManagerofthehospital,ortheboard;
?Actasthelead(withassistanceoftheCMOandtheHumanResourcesdepartment)inmedicalstaffrecruiting;
?PerformanyotherdutiesasmayberequestedbytheCMO,theMAB,ortheGoverningBody
?AsChairpersonforthedepartment,EMPLOYEEisentitledtotake10%ofworktimeforadministrativeduties.

篇3:腎內科主任工作職責與職位要求
職位描述:
職位描述
1、身體健康,年齡55歲以下
2、具有“腎內科”主治醫師及以上職稱,本科及以上學歷;
3、具有豐富的腎臟內科工作經驗,能夠解決腎臟內科常見病、多發病及疑難危重病人的診療方法,指導科室進行急危重癥搶救,熟悉血液凈化的各項操作方法和流程;
4、熟悉醫院業務及質量管理流程;
5、具有二級以上醫院腎臟內科10年以上工作經歷,二級甲等及以上醫院工作經驗的優先;
6、具有良好的職業素養、溝通能力和服務意識,有責任心和親和力;
7、負責腎病科的門診病區及透析診療體系規劃,搭建以及相關的質量安全管理、帶教;負責腎病科團隊建設及績效考核、制度流程制定,完成年度內醫院下達的科室營收目標、運營質量指標。

工作年限5-10年職稱要求中級
