1、依據(jù)企業(yè)實(shí)際情況量身定制，負(fù)責(zé)草擬、改進(jìn)各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工藝流程與質(zhì)量保證措

施，包括：模具安裝、鋼筋工藝、混凝土澆筑、模具拆除、成品運(yùn)輸?shù)取?/p>

2、參與實(shí)施生產(chǎn)培訓(xùn)任務(wù)，負(fù)責(zé)包括各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工藝流程與質(zhì)量保證措施培訓(xùn)。

3、參與生產(chǎn)改善相關(guān)課題的研究，發(fā)現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀案例，總結(jié)推廣；發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，組織改善。

4、參與建立系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的工時(shí)、工價(jià)核算體系，參與建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)能核算體系。

5、參與作業(yè)動(dòng)作與線體平?研究，優(yōu)化和改善生產(chǎn)流程。

6、落實(shí)其他精益生產(chǎn)管理相關(guān)工作。

職位要求：

1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、工業(yè)工程、自動(dòng)化相關(guān)專業(yè)；

2、5年以上大中型制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)主管/工業(yè)工程師崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

3、具有較好的組織、指揮、協(xié)調(diào)能力；

4、能接受經(jīng)常性出差與外派。

支持FES&P經(jīng)理在工廠推行FaureciaExcellenceSystem;

按照FES的要求,有針對(duì)性的推行精益生產(chǎn)工具;

定期向FES&P經(jīng)理匯報(bào)部分FESKPI最新?tīng)顟B(tài)及報(bào)表情況;

支持FES&P經(jīng)理以保證集團(tuán)的FES審核達(dá)到公司目標(biāo);

任職要求:
