?Developtestspecifications/plansbasedontheproducttechnicalandfunctionalspecificationstocoverallaspectsofthedesignvalidationprocesstoincludemechanical,electrical,software,acousticsandenvironmentalrequirements.Coordinatetestplanimplementationandexecutionwithengineeringproductverificationandsupplierteam,andcollect,analyzeandgeneratetestresultsreports.

?Deploydevelopmentqualitymetricsformechanical,electrical,software,andacousticsdisciplines

?LeadassessmentsandreviewsofFirstArticleInspection(FAI),Fit-Form-Function,stacktolerance,cosmeticandsurfacefinish,andDesignforAssemblyoftooledmechanicalpiecepartsatDVstagewithfinalconfirmationduringPVstage.EnsureengineeringandSQMandsupplierareinvolved.

?Identifyproductcriticalspecificationparametersandconfirmcomplianceasoutlinedinthetestplanswithappropriatemarginsandcapabilityduringdesignandprocessvalidation.

(一)負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生思想、政治、品德教育工作

1、制定學(xué)校學(xué)年、學(xué)期和階段性的學(xué)生思想政治教育計(jì)劃并組織實(shí)施;

2、審批年級(jí)組長(zhǎng)、青保、班主任工作計(jì)劃,并檢查計(jì)劃落實(shí)情況;定期布置并檢查年級(jí)組、班主任工作,指導(dǎo)年級(jí)組和班主任開(kāi)展思想教育工作。

3、參與共青團(tuán)、少先隊(duì)、學(xué)生會(huì)的活動(dòng),指導(dǎo)他們開(kāi)展工作。

10、在職權(quán)范圍內(nèi),負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生的獎(jiǎng)懲審批工作。

(二)負(fù)責(zé)選拔、提高和考核評(píng)估德育工作隊(duì)伍

1、協(xié)助校長(zhǎng)選配年級(jí)組長(zhǎng)、班主任,每學(xué)年初提出人選推薦名單。

2、負(fù)責(zé)德育工作者進(jìn)修培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃的制定并督促檢查計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行情況,抓好本校德育實(shí)驗(yàn)和研究工作及其交流。

3、負(fù)責(zé)各類(lèi)學(xué)生干部的培訓(xùn),統(tǒng)一安排和開(kāi)展全校學(xué)生組織的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)。

4、負(fù)責(zé)年級(jí)組長(zhǎng)、班主任的工作情況考核,提出對(duì)其工作的評(píng)估意見(jiàn),推薦所屬人員的表彰名單。

(三)負(fù)責(zé)做好體衛(wèi)工作

1、認(rèn)真執(zhí)行上級(jí)教育部門(mén)頒發(fā)的體鍛標(biāo)準(zhǔn),明確保證學(xué)生每天一小時(shí)的體育活動(dòng)時(shí)間。

2、協(xié)助體育教研室抓好全校廣播操,組織好每年一度的校運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)。
