Performhighlevelsocialcomplianceassessmentsinavarietyofmanufacturingsites,farms,processingplants,companyheadquarters’,officesettings,retailstores,extractivesitesand/orotherworkrelatedsitesthroughoutaregionorcountry.ThesocialcomplianceauditorassessesandreportsinaccordancewithULResponsibleSourcingandclientauditprotocolsonfacilitiesworkingconditionsasitrelatestoestablishedcodeofconducts,initiativesand/orclientprograms.Experiencedauditorsarealsoexpectedtohaveanactivementoringrolewithtrainees,teamandleadauditorsoutonthefield.Theywillparticipateandleadhigherlevelaudits;andassuchthiswillinvolvecomplexmethodologies,advancedanalysis,andcomprehensive/intricatereporting.ReportswillbewritteninEnglishinanobjective,accurate,detailedandtimelymanner.

?Required-

?Minimum3yearsofauditingexperience(shouldincludesocialcomplianceauditsaswellassomesortofmanagementsystemsauditingwhichmayincludeISOorSA8000,SAISocialFingerprint).

?Aminimumof400auditordays(canbecombinedwithsocial,security,and/orotherspecializedauditmethodology)

?Twoormorelanguages(proficientlevel)

?Preferred-

?Specializedauditexperience(EICC,ICTI,SMETA,WRAP,C-TPAT,RJCetc)andknowledgeofmanagementsystemsauditslikeSA8000orISO.

?Master’sdegreespecificsubject

?Externalcoursesrelatedtocommunicationstyles,dataanalysis,managementsystemsanalysis,oranyauditingmethodologywouldbepreferred

Possessionofafouryearcollegedegree.

Interestininternationallaborstandards,humanrights&environmentalissues.

Willingnessandabilitytotraveltootherregionsandorthroughoutthedesignatedcountry(upto95%annually).

ExcellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsinEnglishandfullyproficient/literateina2ndlanguage.

Excellentoralcommunicationskills;capableofaddressinghighexecutiveaudiencesandconductopeningandclosingconferencesinfrontofmultiplepeople.
