JobResponsibilities:

-LeadthedevelopmentofahighperformingteamofSQAassociatesandtoprovidefunctionalandleadershipeffectivenessbydeliveringresultsthroughothers.Demonstratesleadershipbysettingdirectionanddeployingresources.

-EnsuretheteamistrainedtolevelsrequiredbytheSQACompetenceprogramandatalentpipelineprogramwithclearprioritiestocontinuetodriveRawMaterialsSQAcapability.

-LeadthedevelopmentandcontinuousimprovementoftheregionalSQAqualitymanual,qualitymanagementreviews,andrelatedprocessessuchasSQAauditprocesses.ThisincludestheongoingmanagementanddevelopmentoftheMarsInc.auditprocessinadditiontomanagementofexternalauditcapabilities.Providesgovernanceandoversighttotheregionalsupplierlist.

-DriveahealthyRawMaterialssupplierbaseforMWCChinaandprovidetherightQualitysteerandSupplierdevelopmentinputfortheRawMaterialsupplierbase.EffectivelyresourcesupplierdevelopmentprogramstosupporttheGlobalsourcingstrategiesandInnovationpipelineforRawMaterials.

-LeadsthecommercialdivisionRawMaterialsqualityandproductsafetychangemanagementprocessesthroughreviewofnew/existingspecificationswiththeconnectiontogoodssupplyinglocations,developmentandimplementationofworkinstructions,training,andproblem-solvingtoassurecompliancetoMarsGlobalStandards.

-WorkinpartnershipwithCommercialSourcing,BuyingOperations,SRA,R&D,andSupplytoidentifyandexecuteinboundmaterialcost,quality,food/productsafety,andefficiency/innovationprojects.TranslatethesesourcingstrategiesintoanactionableresourceplanforSQA.

-AssuresqualityandconsistencyofRawMaterialswithinthemarketbyperformingsuppliersiteaudits,ensurescompletionofidentifiedcorrectiveactions,createsmaterialriskassessmentsandsupplierimprovementplans.Performssupplierperformancereviewsandmanagessupplierperformancemetrics

-ProvideleadershipduringRawMaterialsHighImpactQuality,FoodSafetyandLegalincidentsandeffectivelymanagequalityandfoodsafetyincidentstominimizebusinessrisk.Workingwithsupplierstoensuretherootcauseofanissueisidentifiedandthatrobustcorrectiveandpreventativeactionsareimplementedinatimelymanner,topreventrepeatincidents

-YearonYearImprovementinSupplierQualityperformancetoreduceNonQualityCostsandRiskofFailureinRawMaterialsportfolio.

-DevelopsanextensiveXfunctionsnetworkthatensuressufficientroutesofcommunicationaredevelopedtopromoterobustengagementwithinternalandexternalstakeholderssothatsuppliers’risksaretransparenttoalland/oropenopportunitiestoconsolidateandleverageresourcesthatcreatesvaluetothebusiness.

-RegionalownerofdrivingMQMandUHBIimplementationanddrivescomplianceforMWCChina.

-SupportthedevelopmentandimplementationofnewRawMaterialsinresponsetoinnovationpipeline,supportdeliveryofCOGSrelatedprojectswhichrequireRawMaterialqualificationandspec.changes

-LeadershipofanSQAITsystemsandtoolsroadmapforRawMaterialsportfolio,ensuringtrainingandfunctionalexpertstothesupporttheteamareinplace.

-ProtectthebusinessbyensuringahighqualityperformingRawMaterialsupplierbaseforMWCChinaoperatingaccordingtheMARSMaterialQualityManagementStandardandUHBIStandard.

-Hiringandstaffingintheteam.Providingcareer/developmentplanningandassociateperformancereviews.

-AccountabletoleadandmotivatetheMWCChinaRawMaterialSQAteamof7associatesbasedatBeijingandGuangzhousites.

-EnsureoperationalexcellenceforthewholeRawMaterialsupplierbasebyidentifyingtherightresourcesandprioritiesthatiswithinthebudget.

-BeingpartoftheMWCChinaSQALTtodriveCommercialandSQAstrategiesintheSQAfunctionandacrosscrossfunctionsforMQMandUHBI.

-Responsiblefortherightqualityandtechnicalmanagementofsuppliersinputintosupplierriskassessmentsandnon-conformancemanagementacross5factorysites.

-Ensureproductconformancetospecificationsandrequirements.

-Responsibleforplacingnon-conformingproducton“hold”.

-NotificationofRawMaterialqualityandsafetyissues.Identifyingrisksandexpedientcommunicationofissues.

-Dispositionofnon-conformingproductandfitnessforuseofmaterialsnotmeetingspecification.

-Approvalofsuppliersasextensionsofmarketmanufacturingsites.

-Riskcategorizationofsuppliers.

-InputintoglobalandregionalSupplierQualityAssuranceStrategy.

JobSpecifications/Qualifications:

1.PreferablyBachelor’sorMaster’sdegreeineitherFoodScience,FoodEngineering,FoodTechnology,Chemistryorinanequivalenttechnicalfield

2.Aminimumof10years’experienceoffoodindustryinatechnicalarea,suchasR&D,QAandproduction;Foodsafetymanagementandauditingexperiencesarepreferred;

3.Strongabilitytolead,engageanddevelopateam.Preferablywithlinemanagementexperience

4.ProficientinQualityandFoodSafetytechnicalauditingrelatedtoFMCGrawmaterials(preferred)

5.IndepthunderstandingofFMCGsupplychaindemands

工作職責:

1、負責擬定公司薪酬福利政策,建立并完善薪酬福利管理及員工績效管理體系,并組織實施。

2、負責組織各部門員工績效管理方案的宣導與培訓工作;

3、負責組織實施各部門員工績效考核方案,并組織考核過程中的監督和指導;

4、負責組織匯總各部門員工績效考核結果,并對員工績效考核結果進行分析,編制總結報告,并提出各部門績效改進建議;

5、負責擬定公司員工個人薪酬福利調整方案;

6、負責組織收集公司外部薪酬福利資料;

任職要求:

教育背景:

◆人力資源、企業管理、管理學等相關專業大專(統招)以上學歷。

培訓經歷:

◆受過現代人力資源管理技術、勞動法律法規、合同法、管理技能開發等方面的培訓。

經驗:

◆至少3年以上工業企業人力資源管理工作經驗,至少一年以上管理經驗。

技能技巧:

◆有人力資源項目規劃和實施經驗,具有扎實的人力資源管理理論基礎;

◆熟悉國家相關法律法規,有一定財務會計知識;

◆熟悉企業薪酬設計與實操,有中型以上規模企業實戰經驗。

◆熟悉企業績效管理運行過程,對績效管理有深刻個人領悟,能夠很好的執行并維護績效管理體系運行,提出合理改善建議并推動實施;

◆具備較好的分析能力,文字功底較好。

◆了解人力資源管理各項實務的操作流程。

崗位職責:

1、認真貫徹總監下達的有關指示。

2、分派并督促各項經濟指標的落實情況,及時呈報經營狀況。努力學習業務知識,嚴格要求自己,模范執行各項規章制度。熟悉本管區的各項服務工作,不斷提高自身的管理水平,對工作要有高度的責任感。

3、負責所管轄范圍的日常管理工作,制定工作計劃,對屬下進行業務培訓。

4、檢查屬下崗位職責執行落實情況,每月進行評估,獎勤罰懶。

5、堅持勤巡查,現場督導,發現問題及時解決。

6、每周向娛樂總監匯報一周來的工作情況,發現問題及時報告。

7、根據本管區服務項目的特點和經營活動中的情況進行客源、客情分析。向總監提出整改意見。

8、每月上交"營業分析"報告,對所需物品要有計劃的提出申請。

素質要求:

有三年以上管理經驗,有很高娛樂業務能力,良好的心理素質,責任心強,大專文化程度。
