篇2:制劑包裝工藝工程師崗位職責(zé)內(nèi)容
1.確保工藝安全,分析評(píng)估工藝風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并提出解決方案。
2.確定工藝流程圖、參數(shù)、設(shè)備、儀器和控制原理。
3.制定和更新操作程序或工作指導(dǎo)。
4.負(fù)責(zé)工藝控制統(tǒng)計(jì)(SPC)工作,并組織制訂改正計(jì)劃。
5.與操作、維修組協(xié)調(diào)工藝控制系統(tǒng)維護(hù)工作,確保設(shè)備的高效使用、低能耗、高質(zhì)量。
6.負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備運(yùn)行中的故障排除,組織事故調(diào)查并制定改進(jìn)措施。
7.為操作、維修組提供工藝及操作方面的培訓(xùn)。
8.管理制劑配方和原料規(guī)格。
9.控制包材規(guī)格,負(fù)責(zé)調(diào)試機(jī)器參數(shù)。
10.負(fù)責(zé)工藝改進(jìn)申請(qǐng)(PCA),優(yōu)化工藝,提供工程支持。

1.監(jiān)督所有產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、工藝流程的執(zhí)行。
2.監(jiān)督執(zhí)行合格產(chǎn)品出廠制度。
3.監(jiān)督現(xiàn)場(chǎng)GMP、HACCP執(zhí)行狀況。
4.及時(shí)有效改進(jìn)工藝流程。
