Counter崗位職責

機械工程師MechanicalEngineerNuRayTechnologyCo.,Ltd.新鴻電子有限公司,新鴻職責EssentialResponsibilities

a.負責新產品的機械設計,提供設計方案,繪制三維圖紙、工程圖紙;

b.負責產品的設計更改和升級改進,進行產品標準化;

c.負責新產品的機械加工過程的工藝開發,確定技術指標和質量標準;

d.負責設計加工、裝配、檢測過程所需的各種工裝、模具、夾具等輔助設備;

e.供應商(機械加工與處理工藝外協單位)開發;

f.跟蹤外協單位加工生成情況,提供技術支持,管理加工進度,監督加工質量,協助檢驗驗收,處理加工質量問題;

g.負責新產品的裝配,提供裝配方案,執行裝配工作,檢測裝配質量,撰寫裝配生產工藝文件;

h.對裝配過程中的問題進行分析和總結,對新產品的研發和生產過程提出改進建議;

i.管理機械設計的輸入、輸出,組織設計評審;

j.撰寫相關技術文件,進行圖紙管理和歸檔。

要求Qualifications/Requirements

a.本科及以上學歷,5年(研究生2-3年)以上工作經驗;

b.機械相關專業;

c.熟悉主流操作系統、應用軟件,熟練使用制圖軟件;

d.熟悉機械設計的行業標準、標準手冊;

e.熟悉不銹鋼清洗、電拋光工藝,具有相應文檔的編寫能力;

f.英語無障礙溝通;
