篇2:環(huán)境保護主管安全生產(chǎn)職責

1、檢查各單位執(zhí)行國家有關環(huán)保的法規(guī)、政策、方針以及公司有關環(huán)保規(guī)定的執(zhí)行落實情況。

2、協(xié)助各單位技術管理人員及有關部門起草環(huán)保設施運行操作規(guī)程和環(huán)保規(guī)章制度,經(jīng)本部經(jīng)理審查后,報主管生產(chǎn)副總批準后實施。

3、每月要對各單位環(huán)保情況進行抽查匯總,并記錄存檔。

3.1檢查各單位領導對環(huán)保的重視情況。

3.2檢查各單位排污、塵毒監(jiān)測超標情況。

3.3檢查各單位環(huán)保設施運行情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時處理,處理不了的及時上報。

4、負責對各單位的排污、環(huán)保設施運行情況按規(guī)定每月進行嚴格考核。

5、對環(huán)保設施效能下降,不進行維修或閑置不用致使有害物質(zhì)超標排放的單位,提出處罰意見。

6、參與公司新、擴、改建等工程的“三同時”工作,提出防止污染的建議。

7、發(fā)生污染事故及時向本部經(jīng)理和有關部門報告,參與污染事故的調(diào)查分析,并編寫污染事故報告。

8、建立完善環(huán)?；A資料、臺帳及各種記錄。

9、負責公司環(huán)保年報、月報統(tǒng)計工作,做好清潔文明工廠復查驗收等工作。

10、有權對不按時開、停環(huán)保設施人員按規(guī)定進行處罰、制止。

11、有權對環(huán)保有功人員或破壞環(huán)保設施人員提出獎勵或處罰意見。
