?Analyzingcustomerconfigurationsandthinking“outofthebox”toresolveand/orfindaworkaround

?ProvidetechnicalexpertisetoconductspecificperformanceorfunctionaltestsassociatedwithresolvingperformanceissuesregardingKronosapplications

?Developasolidbaseofgeneralproductknowledge

Qualifications:

?Musthaveskill:SQL,supportexperienceonenterpriseapplicationsoftwarelikeSAP,HCMorotherworkforcemanagementapplications.

?Javaexperiencewouldbeanaddedadvantage.

?SupportexperienceinMNCsorbigcompaniesispreferred.

實施技術支持崗位職責

職責描述:

1.協助項目經理完成公司項目的實施工作,并負責項目的后期技術支持工作;

2.負責產品的安裝部署及根據需要負責客戶的培訓工作;

3.負責公司應用產品的故障處理及技術支持等運維工作;

4.負責與客戶溝通,高效準確定位故障,及時處理并匯報,提供技術支持;

5.有良好的團隊合作精神及溝通表達能力,能準確的反映實施或維護過程中的進度與問題。

任職要求:

1.對工作有熱情,態度積極主動,有責任心;

2.有吃苦精神和鉆研精神,能夠獨立思考處理問題;

3.有自主學習能力,能夠主動學習相關知識,提升技能;

4.有較好的溝通協調能力和團隊協作能力;

5.有良好的工作態度,工作認真仔細,按時按質完成公司部署的工作,并且能夠適應階段性出差;

6.熟悉使用Tomcat、Weblogic等應用中間件、熟悉Apache、IIS等web應用服務并熟練配置;

7.熟悉使用MySQL、SQLServer、ORACLE等數據庫,具備一定的管理和應用經驗。
