篇2:IT業務需求分析人員崗位職責范本

1.收集、整理、分析業務部門的業務需求,編寫用戶需求說明書。

2.進行需求變更控制,對需求變更的范圍與影響進行分析與跟蹤。

3.依據需求分析文檔進行需求驗證、驗收測試。

4.負責技術部門與業務部門的業務溝通和協調。
