1.組織人員安排生產(chǎn)。

2.解決注塑生產(chǎn)過程中的工藝問題和品質(zhì)問題,改進(jìn)工藝手段以提高生產(chǎn)效率,降低生產(chǎn)周期和報廢率。

3.與其他部門進(jìn)行合作和協(xié)調(diào),對生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的品質(zhì)問題進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)及提出再次發(fā)生防止措施。

4.了解機器以及模具狀況,有效地控制生產(chǎn)過程。

篇3:某注塑車間質(zhì)檢員崗位職責(zé)

一、早晨上班開袋檢驗夜班生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)品外包裝狀況,確認(rèn)合格以后每袋產(chǎn)品過秤入庫。中午、下午類推。每日下班時填寫生產(chǎn)日報表,和庫管員核對后共同在報表上面簽名確認(rèn)。

二、每日每臺生產(chǎn)機組取一模合格提手,稱量克重,計算出每袋產(chǎn)品的重量,填寫產(chǎn)品克重記錄表和產(chǎn)品每袋重量清單,將清單下達(dá)車間。

三、每日不定時巡檢車間產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量狀況,發(fā)現(xiàn)不合格品,及時進(jìn)行整改,無法確定的向相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人匯報,同時填寫巡檢記錄,確保每日入庫產(chǎn)品為合格品。

四、檢測每批提手拉力及冰凍提手強度并進(jìn)行記錄;

五、合格供貨產(chǎn)品必須留樣,每日產(chǎn)品顏色必須與留樣品對比一致。

六、驗證新模具產(chǎn)品是否滿足客戶標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

七、每月初是日之內(nèi)將上月質(zhì)量記錄交質(zhì)檢部存檔。

八、為保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及產(chǎn)品持續(xù)改進(jìn)提出合理化建議。

九、完成公司臨時交辦的工作。
