Sr.HROfficer人事主管1.Beresponsibleforcompanytrainingsystemestablishment,includingbutnotlimitedtotrainingpolicy,trainingprocedureandprocessestablishment&optimization,trainingneedsanalysis,annualtrainingplanset-up,trainingprogramdesignandimplementation,trainingeffectivenessevaluationforcontinualimprovementetc.

2.Supportonemployeedevelopmentplanset-up,trackonemployeedevelopmentplanimplementationtimelinessandquality.

3.Bemainlyinvolvedinbluecollarskillmatrixandskillupgradingprogramdesignandimplementation.

4.AssistwithHRManageronemployeecommunicationstrategyset-up,inchargeofemployeecommunicationimplementation,optimizecurrentemployeecommunicationchannelsandexpandmoreusefulcommunicationchannels,promotetwo-waycommunicationandimproveorganizationcommunicationeffectiveness,helplinemanager/supervisorsimprovecommunicationskillsetc.

5.Buildpositiveemployeerelationships,provideHRconsultancyforemployees,conductformal&informalcommunicationwithemployees,employeecomplainthandlingetc.InchargeofrelevantHRprogram&projectstoimproveemployeerelationshipandengagement.

6.Beinvolvedinoptimizationofcompanyrecruitmentandstaffingsystem,suchasrecruitmentpolicy/procedure/process/channelsreview&optimization,reviewandestablishrecruitmentstandardandcompetencyrequirementfordifferentpositionsetc.

7.Provideregularmonth-endHRreportetc.

8.Performothertasksandadhocprojects/programsasassignedbyHRManager.

任職資格:

1.BachelordegreemajoredinHRorequivalentdiscipline.

2.Around5+yearsprogressiveHRworkingexperience,preferablywithbroadHRexperienceinmulti-nationalmanufacturingplantenvironment,withparticularemphasisontraining&development,employeecommunication&relationship,recruiting&staffingetc.

3.ExperiencewithLomingercompetencyframework,competencyanalysisandidentification,withhandsonexperienceoncompetencybasedtraining&developmentprogramdesignandimplementation,interview&selectionetc.

4.Experienceintrainingsystemestablishment,trainingplan&trainingprogramdesignuponbusinessneeds,trainingprogramimplementation&trainingeffectivenessevaluationetc.Handledwithbluecollars’skillmatrixandskillupgradingprogramwillbeastrongplus.

5.Befamiliarwithlaborlawandlocalregulation.

6.Stronginitiativeandindependency,stronginterpersonalskillsandagoodteamplayer.

職位概要:

負責建立員工檔案,辦理員工入職、離職等相關手續,負責員工日常事務的管理。

工作內容:

1.制定有關人事管理制度;

2.按照規定的員工入職程序和要求辦理入職手續和離職手續;

3.建立并及時更新員工檔案,做好每月離職、入職統計表;

4.熟悉定崗定編方案,協助部門經理按定編方案,招聘、選配合適人員充實到各崗位工作;

5.負責調查分析員工報酬福利情況,分析各崗位報酬的合理性,適時提出改善措施和辦法;

6.解答員工就勞動法規、政策和公司人事制度方面的疑問,協助處理人事勞資糾紛;

7.負責分配與回收員工住房、更衣柜,負責制作員工工作牌號民、員工制服、鞋襪的發放;

8.監督執行《員工手冊》所規定的規章制度和勞動紀律;

9.每周末小結工作,計劃下周工作安排。

任職資格:

教育背景:

◆行政管理、人力資源等相關專業大專以上學歷。

培訓經歷:

◆受過現代人力資源管理技術、勞動法律法規、財務會計方面知識和管理能力等方面的培訓。

經驗:

◆2年以上行政或人事主管工作經驗。

技能技巧:

◆熟悉人事工作流程,辦公用品采購流程,企業資產管理;

◆對人力資源管理事務性的工作有嫻熟的處理技巧,熟悉人事工作流程;

◆熟練使用電算及辦公軟件;

◆較好的公文寫作和文字表達能力。

態度:

◆積極進取,責任心強,很強的自我約束力,獨立工作和承受壓力的能力;

1.負責協助上級根據公司的發展需要,進行人員規劃;

2.負責按規定程序與權限,根據各部門崗位需求申請,招聘、配置人員;

3.負責人事檔案整理,并定期(每周一次)更新提供給上級做決策參考;

4.負責組織開展員工的入職培訓、崗前培訓與考核,并做好記錄;

5.負責員工的考勤管理,包括辦理指紋錄入、編號和考勤記錄的定期采集、核實及定期打印等工作;
