職責(zé)描述:

Thispositionensurestheriskofcompanyearningassetcanbeidentified,measuredandmanagedintimelyandeffectivemanner,byestablishingsoundriskindicator,riskclassificationsystem,riskmitigationmeasuresandriskplanningtoolmainlyviastatisticsanalysis.

1.ThispositionensuresthereadinessandimplementationofeffectiveSCORECARDtoolforRetailbusinessisinaccordancewithGermanyHQstandard,throughdevelopingsuitablemathematicsmodel,proposingcreditapprovalrules,optimizingvalidationresultandsupervisingtheutilizationstatus,inordertoeffectivelycontrolcreditriskduringretailcreditapprovalprocess,andincreasethecompanyproductivityandprofitabilitybyprovidingautomaticcreditdecisioncapability.

2.ThispositionisresponsibletoreviewthelocalRATINGbenchmarkofpartnerauto-dealers,andsupervisetheratingprocessandresults,whichassurethecompliancewithGermanHeadquarterstandardandtheeffectivecontrolofWholesalecreditriskduringcreditdecisionstage.

3.Thispositionmaintainssomekeyriskpoliciesandcalculationmethods,likeprovisionpolicy,collateralpolicy,etc.,accordingtobothGermanandChineserelevantregulations,andpreparesrelevantactual/forecastedfiguresandreports,whichsupportsthepreparationofstrategicriskinputsandassistthedecisionofdepartment/companydevelopmentplan.

4.ThispositionishighlyinvolvedintostrategicprojectswhichneedRiskManagement’scontribution,especiallytheonesrequirefordatasupporting.

任職要求:

Education:

Bachelororaboveeducationdegree,majoringinFinanceorStatisticsispreferred.

WorkingExperience(inyears):

Atleast3yearsinriskmanagementareaoffinancialinstitutions.

HolderofCFA(CharteredFinancialAnalyst)orFRM(FinancialRiskManager)ispreferred.

1.收集、整理、分析國(guó)家風(fēng)險(xiǎn)信息,撰寫(xiě)國(guó)家風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析報(bào)告。

5.參與建立、運(yùn)行國(guó)家風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)級(jí)體系。

6.開(kāi)展專(zhuān)題研究。
