?ExtensivepracticeofMoldflowincluding:Flow,Pack,Cooling,Warp,Shrink,Stress,gatelocation,weldingline,venting,pressureloss,wallthicknessanalysis,temperaturecontributionetc
大量的模流分析經(jīng)驗,比如填充,冷卻,變形,收縮,剪切,澆口位置,熔接線,困氣,壓力損失,產(chǎn)品壁厚分析,溫度分布等。
?ProvideMoldflowstudiesforcustomers,designTeam,costingteam,NPDasreference.
提供模流分析報告給客戶,設(shè)計,報價,NPD作為參考。
?proficientinscientificinjectionmolding,supportmoldtrialteamtostabilizetheprocessparameterandresolvesomeissues.
精通科學(xué)注塑,協(xié)助試模組穩(wěn)定工藝和解決相關(guān)問題。

參與試模進行理論的驗證和對比,分析產(chǎn)品的成型缺陷,提出改善方案

篇3:模流分析師崗位職責任職要求
模流分析師崗位職責
職責描述:
1)、本科及以上學(xué)歷,年齡35周歲以下,熟練使用三維設(shè)計軟件(CATIA、UG、Pro/E等)進行產(chǎn)品三維造型、分型;能夠繪制模具結(jié)構(gòu)圖、零件圖、加工工藝圖,有3年以上汽車內(nèi)飾件模具設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗。
2)、熟練使用mold-fiow軟件操作,并能獨立建立材料庫及出具完整分析報告,與優(yōu)化提案。
