?OrganizetheJVmonthlybudgetmeeting,actualperformancemeetingandprovidethedeviationanalysisandguidancesothatmanagementcanmaketherelevantdecisionaboutthecorrectiveplan.

設備搬遷的五大注意事項

1、設備如果體型較為標準,就可以直接裝車搬運,但是如果體型比較特殊的設備裝車就要靈活,有幾點需要注意的,首先要將著力點固定住,容易磕碰的地方一定要采取減震措施,防止磕碰。

2、如果搬運的設備是精密儀器,首先要清楚儀器最脆弱的部分是哪些,一定要做特殊的護理,一般采用氣墊膜、毛毯等減震措施,在使用起重設備搬運的時候也要小心對待。

3、對于平衡性較差的設備,最好是加上承重平衡底座以穩固設備防止傾斜磕碰。

1根據項目部管理制度及有關文件精神制定鋼筋加工廠日常管理辦法及措施。

2全面負責鋼筋加工廠日常(包括生活)及施工生產及安全控制工作。

3配合施工技術部門對施工人員進行崗前技術質量、安全培訓教育。

4根據項目部每月下達的施工任務,精心組織確保施工生產順利進行。按時完成月度施工計劃。

5加強施工人員與各種生產機具的管理,建立嚴格的交接班制度,節能降耗,對施工人員及機械設備安全負責。

6文明施工,處理好現場監理和業主有關人員的工作關系。

7配合分管領導做好施工協調工作。

8加強鋼筋加工廠設備的日常保養工作與維修,確保正常運轉。

9負責對鋼筋的收料監控工作,簽字確認。
