篇2:模具車床安全操作流程

模具車床操作時,為安全著想,操作人員必須注意以下幾點:

1,必須按規定穿戴勞保用品,不準穿涼鞋、拖鞋、裙子和戴圍巾、嚴禁戴手套操作車床。女生和長發男生必須戴工作帽,將長發納入帽內。開機前,檢查車床的完好性,發現問題及時處理。

2,在使用裝有倒順車開關的車床時,不允許突然開倒順車,否則將損壞車床零件。

3,在高速切削時,卡盤一定要裝好保險栓,防止倒車時卡盤脫落,發生事故。

4,必須停車變換主軸轉速,否則將損壞主軸箱內的齒輪。

5,嚴禁在運轉狀態測量和裝拆工件;工件、刀具等必須夾牢固后才能開車,以防飛出傷人。

6,卡盤板手必須隨手取下,以免開車時造成事故。

7,操作時,思想要集中,不準與別人閑談,禁止串崗。

8,嚴格做到人走機停。工作完畢后要清理機床,清點工具,搞好車間衛生。

篇3:混凝土攪拌站安全操作流程

1、混凝土攪拌站的安裝,應由專業人員按廠說明書規定進行,并由在技術人員主持下,組織調試,在各項技術性能指標全部符合規定并經驗收合格后,方可投產使用。

2、與攪拌站配套的空氣壓縮機、皮帶輸送機及混凝土攪拌機等設備,應執行本規程第3.5、第6.8、第8.2節的規定。

3、作業前檢查項目應符合下列要求:

(1)攪拌筒內和各配套機構的傳動、運動部位及倉門、斗門、軌道等均無異物卡住;

(2)各潤滑油箱的油面高度符合規定;

(3)打開閥門排放氣路系統中氣水分離器的過多積水,打開貯氣筒排污螺塞放出油水混合物;

(4)提升斗或拉鏟的鋼絲繩安裝、卷筒纏繞均正確,鋼絲繩及滑輪符合規定,提升料斗及拉鏟的制動器靈明有效;

(5)各部螺栓已緊固,各進、排料閥門無超限磨損,各輸送帶的張緊度適當,不跑偏;

(6)稱量裝置的所有控制和顯示部分工作正常,其精度符合規定;

(7)各電氣裝置能有效控制機械動作,各接觸點和動、靜觸頭無明顯損傷。

4、應按攪拌站的技術性能準備合格的砂、石骨料,粒徑超出許可范圍的不得使用。

5、機組各部分應逐步啟動。啟動后,各部件運轉情況和各儀表指示情況應正常,油、氣、水的壓力應符合要求,方可開始作業。

6、作業過程中,在貯料區內和提升斗下,嚴禁人員進入。

7、攪拌筒啟動前應蓋好倉蓋。機械運轉中,嚴禁將手、腳伸入料斗或攪拌筒探摸。

8、當拉鏟被障礙物卡死時,不得強行起拉,不得用拉鏟起吊重物,在拉料過程中,不得進行回轉操作。

9、攪拌機滿載攪拌時不得停機,當發生故障或停電時,應立即切斷電源,鎖好開關箱,將攪拌筒內的混凝土清除干凈,然后排除故障或等待電源恢復。

10、攪拌站各機械不得超載作業;應檢查電動機的運轉情況,當發現聲音異常或溫升過高時,應立即停機檢查;電壓過低時不得強制運行。

11、攪拌機停機前,應先卸載,然后按順序關閉各部開關和管路。應將螺旋管內的水泥全部輸送出來,管內不得殘留任何物料。

12、作業后,應清理攪拌筒、出料門及出料斗,并用水沖洗,同時沖洗附加劑及其供給系統。稱量系統的刀座、刀口應清洗干凈,并應確保稱量精度。

13、冰凍季節,應放盡水泵、附加劑泵、水箱及附加劑箱內的存水,并應起動水泵和附加劑泵運轉1-2min.

14、當攪拌站轉移或停用時,應將水箱、附加劑箱、水泥、砂、石貯存料斗及稱量斗內的物料排凈,并清洗干凈。轉移中,應將桿杠秤表頭平衡砣秤桿固定,傳感器應卸載
