1、規范客戶投訴工作流程,起草并實施投訴管理工作制度;

2、細化投訴考核制度,監督考核各分支機構和相關部門;

3、受理各類渠道客戶投訴;

4、協調管理客戶信訪投訴工作;

5、協助處理重大疑難客戶投訴案件。

任職要求:

1、全日制本科及以上學歷;

2、熟悉市場營銷、消費行為學、管理學原理、項目管理、服務管理等。
