1.根據(jù)培訓(xùn)需求,完善零售培訓(xùn)課程內(nèi)容;

2.制定培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,并按計(jì)劃開展課堂及店鋪培訓(xùn);

3.跟進(jìn)及考核店鋪培訓(xùn)的結(jié)果。

任職要求:

1.25-35歲,性別不限,本科及以上學(xué)歷,經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富者學(xué)歷可放低到大專;

2.性格熱情open,有零售行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)或培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;

3.良好的語言表達(dá)及溝通能力,抗壓能力強(qiáng),能適應(yīng)出差;

4.熱愛零售行業(yè),具有良好的服務(wù)意識(shí)及合作精神。
