TheobjectiveoftheHUBCustomerSuccessManageristobeaTrustedAdvisorwiththeCustomertodriveAdoptionoftheirchosenOracleSaaSapplication,maximizeCustomerretention,advocacyandsuccesswhilealsocontributingtoincreasedsubscriptionrevenueexpansiongrowthandachievement.

Inthisrole,youwillworkremotelywithcustomersonthelowersegmentoftheinstalledbaseinaproactiveandreactivemode.Youwillhelpourcustomerstoobtainallsuitableinformationneededinordertouseandadoptourapplicationssuccessfully.

YouwillworktowardsindividualannualtargetsfordrivingtheAdoption,RetentionandExpansionofyourcustomer’ssubscriptions,byworkingcloselyandcollaboratingwiththeRegionalSalesandCSMteamstobuildstrongcustomerrelationshipsandunderstandourinstallbaseCustomerobjectives-effectivelymanagingallcustomerrelatedactivitiesthroughoutthecustomer’slifecycle,fromsignuptorenewalremotelyanddemonstratingthevalueofOracleSaaSapplications.

YouarepassionateandcommittedtoensureallsuitableresourcesneededtomakeourcustomerssuccessfulareavailableviaourSuccessHubCustomerportaland/ordirecttothecustomerviatheavailablesystemsorautomatedprocesses.

EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities

?EnsurecustomercoveragethroughtheSuccessHubCustomerportal,chatandothermechanismstodriveCustomerAdvocacy,Adoption,RetentionandExpansion.

?Developdeeperunderstandingofthecustomers’objectivestoidentifyopportunitiesandfurtheralignresourcesthatwillguidethecustomers’successfuluseofandreturnoninvestmentwiththeirOracleSaaSsolution.

?DrivecontinuedandmaximumadoptionofOracle’sSaaSsolutionsandidentifyandfosterproductexpansionopportunitieswiththeappropriateCloudSalesteamviaavalue-basedrelationshipwithassignedclients.

?Actinaprogrammaticwaytodelivertosuccessplan,businessreviews,roadmapsessions,enablementandadoptionservicesandensureregularproactivecommunicationwiththeassignedinstallcustomerbase.

?Createsimplemessagingaroundthevalueoftheoverallsolutionandencourageoptimalutilization.

?Guidecustomersthroughsignificantservicemilestonessuchasupgrades,newreleases,etc.viaautomaticandprogrammaticplannedandexecutedmethods.

?Providegenericbestpracticesandindustrybenchmarkingmaterialsviaselfserviceandproactivepushcommunication.

?Workcloselywiththesupport,presalesandconsultingteamsincludingpartnerstomakesureyoucandelivertheprogramcontentandresolvecustomerneedsinaneffectiveandhighqualityway.

?WorkcloselywiththeRegionalSalesteamtoensureadequateawarenessaroundthevolumecustomerbaseduetoreneweachquarterinadvance.

?Ensurethetimelyupdateanddata/contentqualityofrelevantinternalOraclesystemsusedbyHubCustomerSuccessManagers,suchasCLM,ServiceCloud,EloquaandtheSuccessHubandCommunityportals.

?CompletetherequiredOracleSalesAcademytrainingandCSMproduct/domaintoaLevel2accreditationstandard.

任職要求

?Excellentphonemanner,abilitytolistentocustomerconcerns/issueandarticulateaprocesstodeliveraconsideredsolutiontothecustomerwithconfidence,ie.remoteengagementtosupportalargenumberofcustomersintheGC/HK/TW/Korea/Japanregions,thatexpecthand-holdingortobedirectedtoresourcesthatwilldeliverasatisfactorycustomerconclusion.

?EnglishspeakingfluencyandproficiencyisrequiredaswealsolooktoestablishabroaderregionalHubmodelthatcansupportcustomersacrossallJAPACregions(ie.potentiallyinteractingwithcustomersinANZ).

?Demonstratedexperienceandaffinitywithaparticularverticalindustrymarket,eg.financialservices,HR,travel,retail,ecommerce,technology,professionalservices,education,health,etc.

?Proactiveengagementwithacustomerforbusinessreviews,webinars,planningforsuccessandplatformadoption,ie.thisisnotareactivetechnicalsupportinvestigationrole,theHubCSMrequiresproactiveinitiativesthataddsvaluerealisationtocustomeradoptionandusageofourSaaSproducts.

?HandsonexperiencewithSaaSproducts,ie.abilitytounderstandthecustomerenduserperspectivewhenusingcloudproducts.

?Teamcollaborationandsharingofideasandactivities,ie.demonstratedwheretheyhaveworkedinateamenvironmentandproposedideasthathasbeenadoptedbytheirteam.

云產品總監崗位職責

工作職責:

1、對公司云產品的競爭力負責;

2、負責公司云產品線的產品規劃、產品功能及業務流程設計、產品研發、產品迭代優化等產品全生命周期相關工作;

3、深入了解行業和主要競爭對手的動向,跟蹤國內外相關新產品動態,進行行業分析和競品分析,制定符合市場需求的產品功能、業務流程及推廣策略;

4、溝通和協調各部門資源,組織跨團隊協作,按期保質驅動產品上線;

5、不斷挖掘用戶需求,跟進用戶使用反饋,持續優化產品,持續提升產品的產品性能和用戶體驗。

任職要求:

1、計算機相關專業本科及以上學歷,5年以上產品經理工作經驗;

2、熟悉并使用過市面主流云計算產品,有豐富的獨立帶領產品團隊進行規劃、設計、研發大型云計算產品的經驗;

3、掌握一項或多項云計算相關技術原理,例如虛擬化、SDN、容器、分布式存儲等;

4、有多云管理或PaaS計算類產品工作經驗優先;

5、優秀的跨組織協調能力和溝通能力;

6、有團隊管理經驗,有較強的抗壓能力。

云產品經理崗位職責

工作職責:

1.了解云相關業務,調研并梳理從產品研發、售前準備、售中交付到售后服務過程中各團隊的信息需求和內容沉淀,

2.設計和搭建知識平臺,設計平臺框架和功能規劃,滿足各團隊不同角色對各種tob方法論、經驗總結、培訓教學、日常工作提效的需求,快速推進系統建設和落地;

3.協調與組織項目資源,推動跨部門跨產品配合,確保平臺日常運營,不斷豐富內容,并持續優化產品體驗;

任職要求:

1.全日制本科及以上學歷

2.5年及以上平臺產品策劃經驗,大型企業知識管理、文檔開發等相關崗位從業者優先;

3.抗壓能力強,具有良好的執行力和責任心;

4.具有豐富的與人溝通、交流和組織能力,出色的團隊合作精神;學習能力強,思維清晰。
