Design&Development

?Leadandmanagethecustomernegotiationsregardingthespecificationsoftheproductstobedesignedanddefinethefunctionalspecificationsbasedonthecustomerrequirements,participateinthepresentationsforthedevelopedproductstothecustomer

?Managethedevelopmentofthedesignconceptsfortheproducts(3Dmodels,tolerancecalculations,etc.)

?Manageandperformthe`functionalreviews`atcertainstagesduringtheprojects(FMEA,designconceptrelease,CADconceptetc.)incooperationwiththeManagerR&D,ManagetheprocessoftheFunctionalProductreleaseoftheproductswithintheareaofresponsibility.

?PatentcheckbeforeGate,ensurethatthepatentrightsfornew/existingproductsareprotectedincooperationwiththeLegaldepartment

?Prepareandmaintainthetechnicaldocumentationregardingtheproductswithintherelevantproductgroup

?CoordinateallengineeringactivitieswiththeProductiondepartmentinordertoensuretheproductbilityofthedesignedproducts

?Managetheprocessesofproductmodificationinregardstothetechnicalspecificationsduringtheserialproduction

?Managetechnicalcommunicationwithprototypesuppliers,i.e.material,durability,process,etc.

?ManageoneormoreprojectsundertheleadofProjectManagerandtheManagerR&D

?Coordinateallrequiredengineeringactivitieswithinaproject(conceptdevelopment,design,simulation,acousticsandvalidation)

?Establishtheprojectplanregardingallrequiredengineeringactivitieswithinaproject

?Coordinateandsupportallactivitieswithintheprojectteamtoensurethatallrequiredtasksareperformedandalldeadlines/qualitygatesaremet

?Plan,manageandcontroltheengineeringbudgetintheproject;initiateandsteercorrectiveactionsincaseofdeviations

?Defineandmanagethenecessaryinternalandexternalresourcesfortheprojectswithintheproductgrouptoensureefficiencyduringallprojectstages

?Ensurecompliancewiththetechnicalstandards,processesandnormsofM+HGroupduringtheprojectincooperationwiththeDirector/ManagerR&D

?PlaytheroleasLPEtomanagedomesticdevelopmentprojectsorlocalLPEforglobalprojects.
