篇2:使用電動工具安全技術操作規(guī)程

1、使用前認真核時電壓種類、數(shù)值、檢查電纜、開關,確認無破損,開關通斷靈活可靠。

2、接通電源試點動運轉,確認各部件無異常聲響,電刷無異常火花。

3、使用中不得對工件、測量尺寸、直接用手拔弄或用口吹碎屑;若有必要,可要用毛刷進行。

4、操作時要戴平光眼鏡,防止碎屑入眼傷人。

5、嚴禁戴手套操作,工作中不得用手接觸轉動部分。

6、更換鉆頭、打磨片等易損件時,必須將插頭從插座上拔出來。

7、工作中必須按規(guī)定穿著勞保用品,禁止赤膊、赤足、穿短袖上衣、短褲、拖鞋施工,必須穿長袖工作服及絕緣鞋工作。在潮濕的地面、容器內工作時,必須站在絕緣墊上。女工不得留長發(fā)(以到肩膊為限)。臨時支援生產崗位的女員工,必須將發(fā)辮用發(fā)夾夾好,并塞入工作帽內。

8、使用電動工具登高作業(yè)時,必須遵守下列規(guī)定:

1)不準站在梯子的最高一級工作,也不準在人字梯頂部擺放工具雜物;

2)必須系好安全帶;

3)梯子與地形成的夾角不得超過60°。梯腳下須放防滑墊,并有專人扶梯。扶梯人在任何情況下均不得離開有人工作的梯子;

4)登高前必須檢查梯子牢固與否。

9、使用電動工具切忌過度用力,以免身體失控造成傷亡,用沖擊鉆、手槍鉆等工具鉆硬物即將鉆穿時尤其要注意。

10、裝夾或拆卸夾具時應使用專用的松緊匙,嚴禁用各種金屬硬物直接打擊夾具齒輪以防打壞設備或碎屑傷人。松緊匙應妥善保管。

篇3:手持電動工具安全操作規(guī)程的說明

(1)一般場所應選用II類手持式電動工具并應裝設額定觸電動作電流不大于15mA,額定動作時間小于0.1s的漏電保護器。若采用I類手持式電動工具,還必須作接零保護。操作人員必須戴絕緣手套、穿絕緣鞋或站在絕緣墊上。

(2)在潮濕場所或金屬構架上操作時,必須選用II類手持式電動工具,并裝設防濺的漏電保護器。嚴禁使用I類手持電動工具。

(3)狹窄場所(鍋爐、金屬容器、地溝、管道內等)宜選用帶隔離變壓器的III類手持式電動工具;若選用II類手持式電動工具,必須裝設防濺的漏電保護器。把隔離變壓器或漏電保護器裝設在狹窄場所外面,工作時并應有人監(jiān)護。

(4)手持式電動工具的負荷線必須采用耐氣候型的橡皮護套銅芯軟電纜,并不得有接頭。禁止使用塑料花線。

(5)使用刃具的機具,應保持刃磨鋒利,完好無損,安裝正確,牢固可靠。

(6)使用砂輪的機具,應檢查砂輪與接盤間的軟墊并安裝穩(wěn)固,螺帽不得過緊,凡受潮、變形、裂紋、破碎、磕邊缺口或接觸過油、堿類的砂輪均不得使用,并不得將受潮的砂輪片自行烘干使用。

(7)在潮濕地區(qū)或在金屬構架、壓力容器、管道等導電良好的場所作業(yè)時,必須使用雙重絕緣或加強絕緣的電動工具。

(8)非金屬殼體的電動機、電器,在存放和使用時不應受壓、受潮,并不得接觸汽油等溶劑。

(9)作業(yè)前的檢查應符合下列要求:

a.外殼、手柄不出現(xiàn)裂縫、破損;

b.電纜軟線及插頭等完好無損,開關動作正常,保護接零連接正確牢固可靠;

c.各部防護罩齊全牢固,電氣保護裝置可靠。

(10)機具起動后,應空載運轉,應檢查并確認機具聯(lián)動靈活無阻。作業(yè)時,加力應平穩(wěn),不得用力過猛。

(11)嚴禁超載使用。作業(yè)中應注意音響及溫升,發(fā)現(xiàn)異常應立即停機檢查。在作業(yè)時間過長,機具溫升超過60℃時,應停機,自然冷卻后再行作業(yè)。

(12)作業(yè)中,不得用手觸摸刃具、模具和砂輪,發(fā)現(xiàn)其有磨鈍、破損情況時,應立即停機修整或更換,然后再繼續(xù)進行作業(yè)。

(13)機具轉動時,不得撒手不管。

使用沖擊電鉆或電錘時,應符合下列要求:

a.作業(yè)時應掌握電鉆或電錘手柄,打孔時先將鉆頭抵在工作表面,然后開動,用力適度,避免晃動;轉速若急劇下降,應減少用力,防止電機過載,嚴禁用木杠加壓;

b.鉆孔時,應注意避開混凝土中的鋼筋;

c.電鉆和電錘為40%斷續(xù)工作制,不得長時間連續(xù)使用;

d.作業(yè)孔徑在25mm以上時,應有穩(wěn)固的作業(yè)平臺,周圍應設護欄。

(14)使用瓷片切割機時應符合下列要求:

a.作業(yè)時應防止雜物、泥塵混入電動機內,并應隨時觀察機殼溫度,當機殼溫度過高及產生炭刷火花時,應立即停機檢查處理;

b.切割過程中用力應均勻適當,推進刀片時不得用力過猛。當發(fā)生刀片卡死時,應立即停機,慢慢退出刀片,應在重新對正后方可再切割。

(15)使用角向磨光機時應符合下列要求:

a.砂輪應選用增強纖維樹脂型,其安全線速度不得小于80m/s。配用的電纜與插頭應具有加強絕緣性能,并不得任意更換;

b.磨削作業(yè)時,應使砂輪與工件面保持15°~30°的傾斜位置;切削作業(yè)時,砂輪不得傾斜,并不得橫向擺動。

(16)使用電剪時應符合下列要求:

a.作業(yè)前應先根據(jù)鋼板厚度調節(jié)刀頭間隙量;

b.作業(yè)時不得用力過猛,當遇刀軸往復次數(shù)急劇下降時,應立即減少推力。

(17)使用射釘槍時應符合下列要求:

a.嚴禁用手掌推壓釘管和將槍口對準人;

b.擊發(fā)時,應將射釘槍垂直壓緊在工作面上,當兩次扣動扳機,子彈均不擊發(fā)時,應保持原射擊位置數(shù)秒鐘后,再退出射釘彈;

c.在更換零件或斷開射釘槍之前,射槍內均不得裝有射釘彈。

(18)使用拉鉚槍時應符合下列要求:

a.被鉚接物體上的鉚釘孔應與鉚釘滑配合,并不得過盈量太大;

b.鉚接時,當鉚釘軸未拉斷時,可重復扣動扳機,直到拉斷為止,不得強行扭斷或撬斷;

c.作業(yè)中,接鉚頭子或并帽若有松動,應立即擰緊。
