篇2:某物業(yè)維修服務(wù)部安全員工作職責(zé)

(一)接受維修部主任、副主任的直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo),負(fù)責(zé)維修部的安全管理工作。

(二)組織人員學(xué)習(xí)安全知識(shí),不斷提高員工安全意識(shí)。

(三)隨時(shí)檢查安全隱患,及時(shí)上報(bào)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),補(bǔ)救漏洞。

(四)根據(jù)安全規(guī)范的相關(guān)要求,負(fù)責(zé)檢查值班、值宿人員的上崗情況,夜間值班記錄。

(五)負(fù)責(zé)維修部的各種消防器材的配備管理,熟悉使用防火器材。

(七)負(fù)責(zé)督促每天下班后對(duì)倉(cāng)庫(kù)、辦公室、工地的安全檢查工作。

篇3:某物業(yè)維修服務(wù)部管理員工作職責(zé)

(一)接受維修部主任、副主任的直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo),負(fù)責(zé)所在班組的日常管理工作,認(rèn)真做好工作日志。

(二)必須無(wú)條件的認(rèn)真執(zhí)行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下達(dá)的各項(xiàng)任務(wù),并要管理好全班組的員工共同完成任務(wù)。

(三)負(fù)責(zé)本班組員工的思想、勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律、工作質(zhì)量等考核工作,對(duì)不服從指揮、消極怠工的員工有權(quán)同領(lǐng)導(dǎo)商量后對(duì)其進(jìn)行處罰。

(四)要積極努力工作,帶領(lǐng)本班組員工完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交給的各項(xiàng)工作,對(duì)用戶不準(zhǔn)索要財(cái)物,更不準(zhǔn)將材料私拿送人。

(五)負(fù)責(zé)本班組維修范圍內(nèi)的安全、防火、衛(wèi)生工作,經(jīng)常進(jìn)行安全宣傳教育工作。

(六)以身作則提倡員工提高業(yè)務(wù)技能,注重整體影響和自身形象,工作時(shí)一定使用文明用語(yǔ)。

(七)完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他臨時(shí)性任務(wù)。
