TheManufacturingandShopFloorSpecialistwillbethekeysupportfortheregionofemploymenttosupportthestrategy,implementationandmaintenanceofmanufacturingandshopfloorsystemssuchas,butnotlimitedtoDataAcquisition,MESandSPCsolutions.ThepositionwillbepartofaglobalteamtaskedtorolloutstandardsinshopfloorsystemsinlocationswithintheBorgWarnerDrivetrainGroup.Thepositionwillprovidehands-onsupportforallsystemsontheshopfloorworkingdirectlywithIT,EngineeringandOperations.Thepositionwillworktoimplement/upgradethesesystemsintonewandcurrentmanufacturingequipmentaswellasworktointegratewithothersystemslikeSAPERP.Thepositionwillberesponsibletoensurethatalldevicesontheshopfloor,whetherPC,tablet,RFGun,etcaresecure,patchedandprotected.Thepositionwillalsorequireunderstandingofnetworkingconceptstohelpsupportmanagedswitchesusedontheshopfloor.

TheManufacturingandShopFloorSpecialistmustbeabletoworkwellwiththebusinessendusers,SAPfunctionalleads,manufacturingandcontrolsengineers,andoperationspersonneltobeeffective.Thispersonneedstohavetheabilitytogatherbusinessrequirementsandconvertthemintofunctionalspecificationsforuseindesigninganoverallsolution.Thesuccessfulcandidateneedstobeabletoworkindependently,abletocommunicatebusinessrequirementsclearlytotheconfigurationteam,performfunctionaltestingwithinthequalitysystemtoconfirmfunctionalityandworkwithkeyuserstogainapprovalforallchangesbeforemovingchangestotheproductionenvironment.Thepersoninthisrolewillworktowardscontinuousimprovementinprocessesandend-userskilllevels,diligentlypursueenhancementstoensurethesystemsarebeingusedproperlyandfullytomeetthebusinessneeds.Thispersonmustmonitorthesesolutionsforissues/errorsandassistinthenotificationandresolutionoftheissues.

TheManufacturingandShopFloorSpecialistwillworkwithbothinternalandexternaldesign/implementationteamsandworkcross-functionallybetweenthebusinessandITtobridgethegapsbetweendesign,contentandtechnology.Theywillalsoworkwithadistributedteamtoprovidethissupportglobally.Travelmayberequiredupto25%oftheirtimeormoreduringimplementationprojects.

篇2:車間安全專員工作職責

1、車間安全員在車間主管的領導下,負責車間的安全技術工作,貫徹上級安全生產的指示和規定,并檢查督促執行。在業務上接受安全環保部門的指導,對班組安全員進行業務指導。有權直接向安全環保部門匯報工作。

2、負責或參與制定、修訂車間有關安全生產管理制度和安全技術操作規程,并檢查執行情況。

3、負責編制車間安全技術措施計劃和隱患整改方案,及時上報和檢查落實。

4、協助車間主任做好職工的安全思想、安全技術教育工作,負責新入廠人員的車間級安全教育、指導并督促檢查班組(崗位)的安全教育。

5、負責安排并檢查班組安全活動,經常組織防反事故演習。

6、按照安全技術規范、標準的要求,參加車間新建、改建、擴建工程的設計、竣工驗收和設備改造、工藝條件變動方案的“三同時”審查,落實設備裝置檢修、停開工的安全措施。

7、負責車間安全技術裝備、滅火器材、防護和急救器具的管理,掌握車間塵毒情況提出改進意見和建議。

8、深入現場檢查,發現隱患及時整改。制止違章作業,在緊急情況下對不聽勸阻者,可停止其工作,并立即報請領導處理。檢查落實動火安全措施,確保動火安全。

9、參加車間各類事故的調查處理,負責統計分析,按時上報。

10、健全完善安全管理基礎資料,做到齊全、實用、規范化。
