Purpose/KeyObjectivesoftheJob:

1.ToworkwiththeMarketingandCommercialteamstohelpestablishthecompany1-3yearsproductdevelopmentpriorities,contributetowaterwaybusinessgrowthtarget

2.Tolead,coach,anddevelopemployees,ensureshortandlongtermresourceplanning,driveengagementandmanagetalentandsuccessionplanning

3.Tocloselymonitorgovernmentpolicyandindustrystandardevolvement,stayofaheadofregulationchangewithminimalcostimpact

4.TocollaboratewithProcurementteamtodefinerawmaterialstrategy,digoutcostsavingopportunitiesandmakesoundjudgementsontherisksinvolvedwithchange

5.Toleverageinternalandexternalknowledgeandensuredevelopment,transferandretentionofknowledgeandinformationwithintheorganization

Responsibilities:

1.Toestablish,manage,andimplementR&Dwaterbornewoodcareteam’sobjectives,reviewteamplansandreportdevelopmentprogress.

2.ManageandimplementallrelevantprojectsassignedbyTechnicalManagerfromtheyearlyTechnicalDepartmentObjectiveinaccordancewithAkzoNobelHSE&SandProductStewardshiprequirements.

3.LeverageGlobalR&DcapabilitiesandexternalsourcesonWaterwaytechnology.

4.Toparticipatethedevelopmentof1-3yearstechnologyroadmapwhichisinlinewithMarketingvisiontoaccelerateBUWaterwaystrategy,andcontributetothedevelopmentofnewproductlaunchplansbyeffectivecross-functionalworkingwithmarketeersthroughstagegateprocess

5.Toproactivelyidentifyopportunitiesforproductimprovement&enhancementviamonitoringcompetitors’productsthroughregularevaluationworkandensureAN’ssuperiorityanddifferentiation.

6.ToprovideeffectivetechnicalsupportstoManufacturingforWaterbornewoodcareproduction

7.Identifiesvaluecreationopportunitiesandmakessoundjudgementsontherisksinvolvedwithchange

8.Toparticipateindustrystandardsettingup,stayofaheadofregulationchangewithminimalcostimpact

Requirements:

1.Thepositionrequiresmasterdegreeandaboveinchemistry,appliedchemistryorstrongtechnicalrelatedbackground

2.HavesolidknowledgeinWaterbornewoodcare,andsoundexperienceoflabmanagementforatleast3yearsworkingexperience.

3.Experienceofoperatinginabusinesscontextandcapabilityforproblemsolving/influencingonbusinessproblemsandacrossfunctions

4.Hasaproventrackrecordofmanaging/leadingtechnicalteaminmulti-national&cross-functionalenvironment.

5.BeskilledinEnglishandbecapabletointeractwithseniorcolleaguesacrosstheotherfunctionswithease

任職要求

?1至3年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(應(yīng)屆生亦可)

職位描述

工作職責(zé):

1.負(fù)責(zé)支持系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)部的建設(shè)工作;

2.負(fù)責(zé)帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成支持系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)發(fā)、實(shí)施和維護(hù)工作,包括營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、催收、客服等;

3.負(fù)責(zé)解決支持系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中的技術(shù)難點(diǎn)和業(yè)務(wù)痛點(diǎn);

4.負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員,提升開(kāi)發(fā)效率與質(zhì)量,提升開(kāi)發(fā)技能;

5.負(fù)責(zé)部門(mén)的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理,包括工作安排,績(jī)效考核,人員培養(yǎng),業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃等。

任職資格:

1.統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷,計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè);

2.至少5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),2年以上團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);

3.精通微服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)、java、spring,熟悉spring開(kāi)發(fā)體系,熟悉redis、mongoDB等常用中間件,熟悉dubbo框架以及微服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)理念;

4.具有一定的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和架構(gòu)能力,熟悉領(lǐng)域驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)理論優(yōu)先;

5.熟悉金融業(yè)務(wù),有金融行業(yè)背景、熟悉催收、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)先。
